Marvel or DC (Movies)

I really like Marvel superheroes.. More then DC.
But I must admit it. Dark Knight triology is far better then Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, CA movie. For me, it goes like this:
1. Dark Knight
2. Iron Man
3. Man of Steel
4. Thor
5. Captain America
6. Hulk
Didn't count Avengers, X-Men cause there is no Justice League yet to compare. Also I didn't count old hero movies and animated movies. Only live-action screen.

Just remebered Spiderman. =D
Now this is tough. I would say it goes on pair with Irona Man, just a little bit worse then Dark Knight.
