Unsure if I will read one more manga of Kishimoto. Depends how many flashback it will have, or how stupid the main character is. Kishimoto is dumb, seriously.

Well He can't really write Naruto for the rest of his life. It's normal to try something new. But I agree with you,I hope it doesn't effect Naruto

The chapter ended as if the series ended with only one chapter but I read on this site that Kishi was planning Mario even before Naruto, so was he planning for just one chapter?
Well Kishi is famous for plot twists, he knows how to pull out guns. Looking forward to the next chapter.

I heard that he had like 160 pages drawn up of Mario done before Naruto was ever serialized. He mentioned it somewhere in one of the first five or six volumes of Naruto. I'm glad he's finally doing something with it, he sounded excited about it back then.

Also, it sometimes takes a long time to get something serialized. Maybe he's trying to get a head start on it so when Naruto ends he will already have a new series picked up.
