ya he did so he prlly wasnt even close to as strong back then as he is now but still id like to see what black beard did to give him the scar did he scratch him or did he have sum kinda claw weapons but stil shanks must have been strong remeber when he went back to the new world and met up with wb and wb said everyone was surprised sumone as strong as shanks came back missing an arm so for wb to say sumone as strong and shanks he must of had respect for his power even back then dontcha think

heck yah... Shanks is one of Gol D Rogers favourites... just like Rayleigh so they both r strong and i still think Shanks>blackbeard even with WB Devil fruit
i think he is better then bb for now but once bb masters both fruits i think he would win and bb knows that wich is why he left but if shanks is so strong even back then how did bb give him that scar and live i wanna know u figure shanks would have killed him for that and he even had both his arms back then cuz like u said he had the scar when he seen luffy

Shanks is a nice guy he doesnt kill people? i mean he could hav killed Higuma but the other guy did... maybe Blackbeard gave him a scar and Shanks injured him then Blackbeard fled and Shanks let him go since he is in WB crew? was he in WBs crew that time?
ya u def could be right shanks doesnt go overboard for no reason so he could have let him go knowing it was not worth pitting his crew against wb cuz u know whitebeard would beef over a dead crew member and yes he must have been with wb because i think i remeber sumone saying bb was one of the oldest and first brew members i know marco was first but blackbeard must have been close behind

ya remeber when ace was offered the position as taichoo (commander) he went and sat with teach and said are u sure ur ok with me become the taichoo u were here long b4 me and teach said basically go ahead he had no such ambition that is until he seen the df the thatch had found when he was showing it off back on wb main ship

haha yah... i read the manga only so i dont know the details but how did BB kill thatch if he had no devil fruit.... how did he injure Shanks with no devil fruit O.O
well he stabbed thatch in the back and killed him but how he gave shanks that scar no one know but i for wanna find out but i dont think we will till luffy get mad strong and runs into shanks and i think then shanks will tell luffy the story about how bb did it and it will include sumthing that will help luffy defeat him

hmm sad death i guess. yah but if that happens it might be after a long time because in the begining Shanks says return my hat and in the war he says give that hat back to Luffy. kinda makes it seem like Luffy is gonna return that hat to Shanks somewhere in the end... or ever worse... put it on his grave when he dies!!!.. like they did with Ace and WB... and wtf did those two only die?
ya it will def be a long time b4 luffy see shanks but im looking forward to it and i think shanks will die b4 the end and bb will be the one to do it also i agree wanted to slap sumone over the wb and ace dieing haha but they were the only ones there other then luffy that could have died and had it really impact the readers most of the rest we were jus seeing for the first time and we knew coby but he has to much left to do b4 he dies if he even does i think coby will go the distance and make it out alive lol i guess they could have killed garp but there would have been no point it killing ace and garp at the same time and as much as i miss wb he kinda had to die to progress the story

the thing for me is Ace's death overshadowed WBs... and and i was talking about WBs crewxd did Orz Jr and the other pirates cause we didnt see them get buried would hav been epic
oh ya no doubt ace outweighed wb by the time wb died everyone expected it like 3 chapters back but when ace died it was such a shock and i dunno about oars even if he lived hes screwed don flamingo cut off his foot and what looked like half his leg lol guess he could get a massive peg leg haha dont think anyone else even came close to dieing it is still up for debate if jozu lust an arm but thats it i think

...oh wait Doflamingo controlled one pirate and made him kill other pirates. man Marco was owning then he let himself get handcuffed if that didnt happen Ace might hav lived... but eh its part of the story... i heard someone say WB and Ace is dead before i started to read One Piecexd

ya i think marco is strong enough to own jus about everyone weve seen so far he is far from wb but still a beast and with the wb crew behind him they will be fine and with marco having to protect the wb name he will jus get stronger and stronger

its been 2 years and we havnt heard about Marco or his crew.... hope he trained and has some new moves..... his pheonix head looks like its wearing glasses
ya it does lol and marco def got stronger in two year now that wb gone ppl must be rolling in them like crazy i bet by the time we seem him again hell be at least twice as strong and have a good amount of new moves stronger haki etc
