muhahahha bro i here to procatec my student so here it goes.he turnd into water so its like he didnt look into your eye so he did get caught in you genjutsu.You cant block Tsukuyomi

Im using it in the same time i teleport in front of you,read carefully,thats why i started casting it b4 to teleportbut...when you teleport infront of me,can i turn to water before you tsukoyomi?
