Mangetsu stronger then both the fishes?

Kisame and Fuguhcijkodfsuh Or however you spell his name

it was said mangetsu can wield them all so that mean he can wield samehada. and it was said that samehada responds to high chakra. or something like that. pretty much can only be wield by strong mofos. do yout hink he was stronger then both the fishes?

I say kisame because we know more about him. Anyways just becuase he can wield all the swords at a high level does not mean he's as good with them as the others are. The others mastered their swords, whereas im pretty sure mangetsu was only very good at them.

Since Mangetsu is the one who has the scroll who can contain all the swords, isn't it possible that he easily seal it back into his scroll??
