Like his brother, he carries a water bottle attached to a belt around his waist and wears bandages around his neck — another trait shared by the seven swordsmen — and the standard Kirigakure forehead protector. Overall, Mangetsu and Suigetsu bear great resemblance to one another.

Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the his arm. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high. This jutsu gives the user superhuman strength, capable of cutting through both rock walls and steel doors.

Description: This technique allows the user to liquefy the whole body at will, this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. The only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. As this technique turns the body into water, the user is vulnerable to lightning techniques. The Second Mizukage when using this technique has a more oily state allowing it to into Gaara's sand element and nullify the techniques. (this oily ability can only be used by the Second Mizukage).

Background Info.
History:
Both Mangetsu and Suigetsu trained with the intention of becoming members of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist together. This dream acted as their motivation for them both to complete cruel missions day by day. Mangetsu eventually succeeded in becoming a member of the Seven Swordsmen, mastering all seven of the swords.
(Not much is known about Mangetsu so this history has to be lack luster.)

Hiramekarei
Hiramekarei (ヒラメカレイ) is a double-handled sword of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, wielded by Choujuro. This is the only sword still in Kirigakure's possession out of the original seven blades by the time of the Fourth Shinobi World War. The weapon itself features an enormous wide and flat blade with two indentations near its base, creating a sort of guard, and two handles connected to each other by a short length of cord, earning it the title of "twinsword" (双刀, soutou). Overall the sword looks like a flatfish, hence its name.
Hiramekarei's Abilities:
The blade, and especially the two holes at the tip of the blade, are capable of emitting chakra on command, which can then be formed into various weapons, including a hammer or a longer sword. The size of the resulting weapon appears to depend upon the amount of chakra stored up beforehand, meaning a larger quantity will be met with a similar increase in the weapon's ultimate size. However, regardless of the weapon's dimensions, the emission and subsequent formation of the chakra always occurs with astounding speed. Choujuro was able to create an extremely wide sword, which was even long enough to cut Zetsu instantly in half who was standing around 8 meters away from him. The chakra emitted from the two holes work like booster jets increasing the speed and destructive force of the sword.
