Looks: Mangetsu has relatively long, light-coloured hair and pointed, shark-like teeth — the latter trait which all known members of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist possess. He wears an outfit very similar to his brother's, which consists of a dark, sleeveless shirt, light-coloured pants and striped leg-warmers typical of his village. Like his brother, he carries a water bottle attached to a belt around his waist and wears bandages around his neck — another trait shared by the seven swordsmen — and the standard Kirigakure forehead protector. Overall, Mangetsu and Suigetsu bear great resemblance to one another.
Personality: Little is known about Mangetsu, but it can be speculated that he had the same killing personality as his brother does, as well as the same determination as he made it into the Seven Swordsmen before his brother had. Mangetsu seeems to be a calm and collected person, being quite opposed to his brother Suigetsu, making him an expert of the silent killing technique. He is able to master many styles because of his perseverance and tenacity.

Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the his arm. This jutsu gives the user superhuman strength, capable of cutting through both rock walls and steel doors.

Description: This technique allows the user to liquefy the whole body at will, this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. The only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. As this technique turns the body into water, the user is vulnerable to lightning techniques. History: Mangetsu was born in Kirigakure and was reputed alongside his brother, Suigetsu, to be the incarnation of the demon Zabuza Momochi. Both Mangetsu and Suigetsu trained with the intention of becoming members of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist together. This dream acted as their motivation for them both to complete cruel missions day by day. Mangetsu eventually succeeded in becoming a member of the Seven Swordsmen, mastering all seven of the swords. As one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, Mangetsu was one of the most powerful shinobi produced within Kirigakure. Mangetsu's generation of swordsmen was even noted to be the strongest in the village's history.
Other
Hiramekarei: is a double-handled sword of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, wielded by Choujuro. This is the only sword still in Kirigakure's possession out of the original seven blades by the time of the Fourth Shinobi World War. The weapon itself features an enormous wide and flat blade with two indentations near its base, creating a sort of guard, and two handles connected to each other by a short length of cord, earning it the title of "twinsword" (双刀, soutou). Overall the sword looks like a flatfish, hence its name.
• Hiramekarei's Abilities: The blade, and especially the two holes at the tip of the blade, are capable of emitting chakra on command, which can then be formed into various weapons, including a hammer or a longer sword. The size of the resulting weapon appears to depend upon the amount of chakra stored up beforehand, meaning a larger quantity will be met with a similar increase in the weapon's ultimate size. However, regardless of the weapon's dimensions, the emission and subsequent formation of the chakra always occurs with astounding speed. Choujuro was able to create an extremely wide sword, which was even long enough to cut Zetsu instantly in half who was standing around 8 meters away from him. The chakra emitted from the two holes work like booster jets increasing the speed and destructive force of the sword.
• Water Release & Hōzuki Clan Techniques
: The members of this clan specialise in turning their bodies into a liquid form using the Hydrification Technique. This ability allows them to alter their body in various ways such as turning their body completely water that can nullify physical attacks from projectile weapons and taijutsu. The technique itself allows them to freely move around and escape certain techniques if caught in a bind. however the only way to contain a user of the hydrification technique is to lock them up within an air tight container and preventing them from escaping through flowing like water. When using the Hydrification technique the user becomes more vulnerable to lightning based techniques and as such adds a +10 damage to the lightning technique if made contact with the user. Members of the clan can also via the hydrification technique, releases a single droplet of water at the intended enemy with a tremendous amount of force, from the finger-tip of one of their index fingers, after firstly shaping the respective hand in such a manner that it resembles a gun. The Hozuki clan are also proficient in the usage of water techniques and have a specialty for their useage allowing to perform water techniques with less hand seals than they may need with regular shinobi.
