Its not nesseccry to kill someone. U'll get ms when u lose or see the death of someone,who is very close 2 u. Thats how sasuke got ms.

After we've seen Madara, Izuna, Shisui and Kakashi the whole "you need to kill the closest one to you" isn't true, MS can be attained through extremely intense training or sovereign emotional stress. Just Sayin'

You don't have to kill anyone to get ms. It's the emotinal stress of the person closest dying, or some other equivalent stress. Itachi didn't kill Shisui (idk how to spell his name) btw.
