Thank you Heister you answered the question.

I don't know if you notice but look at when Itachi first activated his MS, and compare it to the visual difference of his dying MS when he fought Sasuke.
what I mean is : If one gets blinded, and u implant his sharingan to a user that is not blind, will he see through the sharingan or not ? That is what I meant

I believe the light leaves the eye, it renders it useless.

Otherwise madara could have given his brother his eyes.

i dont think the user wont be able to use it, just not use it accurately because he is blind. Chakra is a power inside, being blind, for the uchiha, comes from the over use to the eye, but they dont loose their chakra right. So if they go blind and try to use it, they will have to use their hearing to accurately attack with their sharingan. no?
