The Rinnegan awakens with the mixture of Ashura and Indra's chakra which happened to Sasuke. Hagoromo gave him chakra and seal, not the Rinnegan U_U

Transmigrations left Madara and Hashirama, the actual transmigations were Sasuke and Naruto lmao.

You and others seem to believe just because Naruto didn't use RSM, he somehow lost it.

There are no scans proving Naruto and Sasuke lost any power other than the Seals, which were only for sealing Kaguya.

Rinnegan requires rikudou chakara. Period. Sasuke still has rinnegan. Therefore Sasuke still has rikudou chakara, thus disproving your theory that the rikudou chakara ran out. You have no proof that he doesn't have the same chakara reserves that he did in his valley of end 2 battle. Also, how would Naruto be flying without rikudou chakara? Do you really think he just suddenly decided to learn Ohnoki's earth style light weight rock technique? Rikudou flight is Naruto's only method of flight.

Also, I notice you are just totally ignoring the fact that Naruto showed the ability to use rikudou power while not being in RSM as seen against Madara. Flight is one of those abilities!

You asked why wouldn't Naruto use RSM against Toneri. Answer: He didn't need it! He owned Toneri with minimal difficulty in BSM. Why waste chakara by going RSM? That is like Goku going super saiyan God super saiyan to fight Krillin.

You may argue that Toneri put Naruto down for 3 days, but here is my counter for that:

Naruto was in base mode when Toneri did that, so going BSM was already a step up. Plus, Naruto was in the air, but below Toneri. Naruto was in a bad position where he couldn't really dodge that little energy ball that Toneri shot. That is why he got knocked out. That still did not warrant RSM.

Read Chapter 700 but common sense should prevail just look at it like this. When a Kage steps down do they lose their title as Hokage? No. When a President resides from Office does he stop being called a President? No.

They are former Transmigrations this has been stated in the manga which if you had read yourself you would understand, Naruto and Sasuke are the current Transmigations one who has the power of the Eyes (Sasuke) and Body (Naruto).

How is it so hard to understand people, when Madara and Hashirama died the Reincarnations were passed onto Sasuke and Naruto. Former Reincarnations should be common sense why do you ppl not see this?

Point taken. Very good argument.

But I believe the residual chakra/ energy still resides within them both. It takes too much chakra to keep RSM activated, just as the regular Sharingan or BSM. Thus they suppress it until they Really need to let it loose. Then they can activate that bit of chakra to release their powers once more.

Just as the small amount of chakra Naruto received from Son Goku was still very much present....
