it's funny that you're telling me to stop fapping to fanfic, but you know as well as i do that Sasuke's genjutsu feats in that fight were a long way from being anything near what Itachi was capable of. Being able to use a flaw in his genjutsu abilities as an advantage hardly says he was better than Itachi at it.
Sasuke is not one to use Genjustu throughout a whole battle and he has never been on to practice in Genjustu. Itachi is and he has proven it, but his genjutsu does not best his feat on the tailed beasts.

Sasuke's weak Genjutsu on Danzo can be equivalent to Itachi's finger Genjutsu on Naruto. It's not anything special
My point is that Itachi has never displayed a Genjutsu that is stronger than what Sasuke did to the tailed beasts.
Even after Kakashi was hit by the Genjutsu, he was still able to speak for a few moments and then collapse, and he's not even an Uchiha.
Sasuke's genjutsu on Sakura was not intended to kill or last long.
Sasuke already broke Itachi's Tsutuyomi and still delivered afterwards.
Give me a feat of Itachi using a genjustu that surpasses Sasuke Rinnegan genjutsu.

I can say the same for Itachi's Tsukyomi, for all we know he might of not been giving his 100% during the genjutsu. So, whether Sasuke could break through it isn't really that relevant. And sames goes for 90% of his fights, his purpose was to protect Konaha. Why would he actually try to kill Kakashi with a strong genjutsu? Unless, it's a fight with an opponent of TRULY an opposing side it shouldn't be counted.
I still agree with this though.
That's why I would still stick with Itachi. I would take precision over range (not distance in this context, but the amount of targets) any day.

Sasuke had to work with his genjutsu being inferior. You're basically trying to equivocate Sasuke's inferiority with genjutsu with a 30% Itachi still being able to get Naruto in the palm of his hand.

no duh, because he had a Sharingan. And even then, Kakashi vastly overestimated his ability to fight back, because it turned out that he didn't have what it took to actually break it.
you're the one claiming Sasuke's genjutsu feat is better. Danzo's hype and Itachi's genjutsu feats are all there is to point to. Sasuke hasn't done anything that warrants saying Sasuke's genjutsu feat is better, especially when he had to imprison the bijuu just to keep them under it.

Naruto is a fodder when it comes to Genjutsu resistance whereas Sasuke was able to imprison Bee(a full Jinchuriki) in Genjutsu for a split second before Gyuki broke him out.

And yet Sasuke broke out of it with a simple 3 Tomoe.
That's because it is. When it comes to feats, Itachi has not shown a feat that is greater than Sasuke's Rinnegan.

You seem to be missing the difference between someone who is affluent in something and someone who has shown a greater feat in something.
Naruto has the strongest wind jutsu, but that doesn't mean that his wind manipulation is better than Temari or Danzo.
Itachi is strong in Genjutsu next to Shisui, but his strongest genjustu has already been broken by a weaker Sasuke and Sasuke's feats show otherwise.
Like I said, stop fapping to fanfic.

No shit, because like I said he isn't affluent in Genjutsu like Itachi and he didn't want to waste time dealing with them so he binded them with CT's but he still was able to catch them all in Genjustu nonetheless.

False. Both Sasuke and Itachi can get rinnegan. Why? Because Sasuke is Indra's transmigrate and because Itachi needs Sasuke's (Indra's) eyes to awaken EMS. Therefore, if Sasuke and Itachi traded eyes, both would have the potential to awaken rinnegan because both would have Indra dna after the eye switch. The only thing missing would be Naruto/Hashirama/Ashura's chakra/dna.

The funny thing is he didn't even use the Rinnegan to cast a genjutsu on Sakura, which makes this whole thread redundant.
