Look at the Bottom-Right Box, Pein is shown wearing a konoha headband.

I dont see it as a mistake. Pein's bodies were taken from various other shinobis.
So it is possible that this body was taken from some konoha shinobi. But who know you maybe right. Kishi has made many mistakes. This could be one of them...

I see your point but
1) In a previous box he was wearing a hidden rain headband
2) All pein's that i have seen are wearing a hidden rain headband

There is one more like this.. Itachi's MS amaterasu came from the Right eye.. in fact zetsu said during Itachi/Sasuke fight, when u obtain the MS.. the right eye is supposed to have the most powerful ninjutsu and the left the most powerful genjutsu.. so Itachi used Amaterasu from right eye and Tsukyomi from the left...
However, in Sasuke's case its the opposite..with his MS, he uses Amaterasu from his left eyes?
