Eh, like I said, we can't tell what it was exactly. Even if it was partial transformation, why is it such a big deal? Killer Bee uses it all the time.That's not true. He can activate it pretty fast.

This has already, time and time again, been proven to not always needing to occur to use a jutsu. I can't count how many times Sasuke has used Chidori without handsigns or saying it.
The chakara to go into BM takes co-op. Naruto is the one using the chakara to perform techs
Think I'll wait til Gaiden is over to make any assumptions

-Naruto fans say that it's a brand new wind jutsu, and are actually trying to back the assertion that it being a brand new wind jutsu that looks EXACTLY like Kurama's claw is more likely than it being a claw made of his chakra.
-People keep crying asking for proof that his chakra can be used in Base, even though Naruto used his chakra w/o entering KCM during The Last. Even though B has been summoning Gyuki's tentacles since he was a teen w/o entering any chakra mode.

Base mode shockwave swipes?
People say it's a kyuubi arm but I think otherwise. He was in base mode, and not in his other forms.

You would think any new jutsu from the main character no doubt would show the handseals and the name of the tech. Please quit, you're already far behind. Kurama is the one who molds the chakra for Naruto to use so it can be compatible with him. KG pretty much proved you're in denial.

The impacts of the others are much larger nor are they shaped exactly like a claw that Naruto can control with his hand movements. Not the same thing. Not even close.

They're larger because they're uncontrolled. And you can't you can't even see the shape of the shockwave due to the scaling.
The motions of his hands in 4TK and in the Gaiden are very similar. A swiping motion.

I believe this to be more believable than him using partial transformation without even entering KCM or even 1TK.
Naruto is in control of himself in VOTE 1 when he used the shockwave.

Why did he swing his hand then? As far as am aware chakra arms aren't connected to his movements. He can easily manipulate them without any need to move his actual limbs. IMO those who claim it's a new jutsu have a point

Exactly Naruto could of just did in the second part is just summon Kurama's head and protect them from both attack's but oh well people are oblivious to common sense so jump on vague scans and hock them off as BS
Naruto activated his Bsm for more reasons than just protecting. He needs to be offensive as well so he's activating his strongest form so he can fight off the threat.
He swung his hand so the claw would swipe the kunai..How hard is that to understand? Did you see the last, Naruto can channel the kyuubis chakra. It was simply his partial transformation. If it's a new jutsu Kishi would at least throw a name in there for the main character.

Boy you need to learn to read properly.I said and I repeat chakra arms aren't connected to Naruto's actual movements. They can and do move without Naruto's actual limbs having to move. In other words, if it was indeed chakra arms, there would have been absolutely no need to move his arms to use them.

In my opinion it's the latter. That "Claw" is not chakra. It doesn't look like it and we have 700 chapters worth to see what chakra looks like in it's many forms
