kamui is literally the best offense and defence in the series. you cant block the attack and you cant hit the attacker. if that alone is not impressive then you have issues.

That is wrong. DMS Obito with Rikudou chakra has RIkudou Kamui which HAS CHANCE against Juubi jin and Kaguya, but it isn't auto win. Normal Kamui has no chance against Kaguya or Juubi Jins speed blitz

Speed has become so inconsistent that you literally can't prove me wrong. DMS Obito has the reaction feats to match JJ Madara and Kaguya, and that was before he received Rikudou Chakra.

I couldn't be so sure, considering that having Rinnegan=Rikudou chakra but small amount, so Masked Man War Obito was already enhanced...

JJ Speed or Kaguya's speed may be inconsistent but the most of time they are enough fast for Kamui, but Rikudou Kamui would be problem

yeah right, as if sasuke's amaterasu was any more impressive when he got the rikudo's chakra Lol. Kamui is still very impressive with or without rikudo chakra. No MS technique comes close

Hell he literally opened a portal which could be used to send incoming attacks like TBB to another location.

Although I'm not sure whether he was able to do due to having both eyes or Rikudou chakra.

Perhaps Rikudou chakra was also what allowed Kakashi to.manifest a PS with just MS.

Kamui is not overrated at all.

It's a reason why Kaguya's (the most powerful being in the series) main power was dimensional shifting, and Kamui, a dimensional attack/defense, played an extremely major role in defeating her.
