Thanks to Kakashi's words in Naruto manga chapter 689:

^^ we know that Obito's eye ability was increased due to Sage of six paths/Rikudou chakra

It means Every feat of Obito after he become Juubi Jin isn't pure Kamui but Rikudou chakra enhanced Kamui.

Kakashi's feats still stay impressive, but he was also under Kurama's chakra effect which enhance his power abilties.

However the interesting fact is that Rinnegan also was reffered as Rikudou chakra,so that means Obito's feats since the begining of fourth war weren't also just Kamui but Rikudou chakra enhanced Kamui.

Only Obito's Kamui feats pre fourth great shinobi war + also Kakashi pre Juubi revival arc feats reffer to Pure not enhanced Kamui.

It makes Kamui less hax even although it is still impressive in compare to other MS techniques.

However I admit, Rikudou Kamui is hax.

I don't agree with this. It IS impressive, very impressive. Being able to evade any attack and make yourself literally disappear at will is awesome. But, sometimes, against certain opponents, it's overrated.
