Early shippuden Kakashi (who isn't even the original owner) still could snipe anything he sees. He sniped a missile before it reached Choking in a very weak condition. The fact that Kakashi's shown speed with one eye kamui is haxed enough. If Obito had 2 (without rikudou chakra) I'd still consider it haxed.
