Manga and Anime Release

Does anybody know when the Fairy tail manga and Fairy tail anime is released weekly? please and thankyou.

Anime comes out either Friday nights or Saturday morning. Animeseason usually has the anime out by 11 PM EST. I'm not sure about the manga, though. Maybe somewhere around those days. xd Well by time it comes it it's Friday where I live.
