yep

regular shadow clone jutsu is a standard jutsu among the hidden leaf.

Tajuu kage bunshin is the forbidden tech naruto learned when he stole the scroll way back before he was even a genin.

Its forbidden, because unless you have MASSIVE amounts of chakra, it will spread your chakra too thin and kill you.

Its been used countless times before by Naruto.

of course he can, but according to kishi's own logic he should just die in the next chapter because the fox devours his chakra at the 13x speed and he shouldnt have that much chakra anymore anyways, since he used chakra through the whole day. i mean there has to be an end of chakra even for naruto.

Well I believe its safe to say we don't know everything about Naruto's chakra shroud and its affects on him or the 9 tails. As for Hachibi's warning, this could come simply from its experience with its previous and current host(s). Its obvious that Naruto is unlike any previous jinchūriki we have seen, save for his resemblance to the silhouette of Rikudō Sennin. So how do we know that him tapping into the foxes chakra will still affect him in the same way that Hachibi says it will?

just to say my mind and makes things a little bit clearer, it never mentioned that naruto will die from instantly using shadow clones just that it will greatly drain his chakra for him to die out of chakra shortage. this scenario also occurred with kakashi who died after using MS. it wasn't because he was hurt but just that he ran out of chakra and then died. so naruto will have to run out of chakra first for him to die. but naruto as we know has massive amounts of chakra with his senju and uzumaki background.

now here is my theory. i think that naruto will first run out of chakra after finding and destroying the zetsu clones parading as the alliance forces. after his chakra shortage, he might meet one of the edo tenseis who is fairly strong and its there that he will realize that he's almost out of chakra. to prevent himself from dieing, he will try to go into sage mode. with this, we will witness the combination of SM and KM and once again another variants of rasengan spamming. though i like all his rasengans lol.. all of them

What they are saying is he has been kyuubi mode for a half of a day. Not to mention the chakra he used to get to the battlefield, then the speed battle with the raikage, and then the battle with zetsu clones. Then after all that he makes ten to thirteen clones. That's draining his chakra even faster thirteen times the speed. Saying we don't know the limit of naruto's chakra is the same as we don't know how much chakra the fox draines from naruto every second. There has to be a limit even to naruto's chakra.

I liked the part where you posted the manga page and didn't read the thing properly. That was the best part for sure.

Anyway, to avoid writing a useless reply, I will say this: 8-tails said that he shouldn't, not couldn't. BIG difference.

It's because of the fact that the fox drains his chakra whilst in shadow clone mode (and no, it's not a new clone technique that he did in the last chapter) so the more shadow clones he uses, the more likely he is to die. However, Naruto is an Uzumaki => huge chakra amounts + starting to get the fox's respect => Naruto will be fine.

This ^, or just Kishi forgot about the shadow clone statement. I tend to go with the first one though.

Okay they are trying to say that even Naruto should have a limit to his chakra even being an Uzumaki. Saying we don't know the limit to Naruto's chakra is the same as saying we don't know how much chakra the Kyuubi devours of Naruto each second. And I don't that conversation changed the Kyuubi. There is a cause and effect for everything.
