IIt means multi or mass shadow clones he's has. Done it before against gaara. And i think mizzuki So its not new he's done it in part 1

Mass (tajuu) shadow clones has been one of narutos tricks for a really long time. I guess the only question is if he managed to figuree out a way to do them with out dieing while in rikoudou mode... or did the knucklehead simply forget that whole dieing part... anyway, it's obvious he learned some new tricks while training with me that we didn't know about till this ep so it's possible he figured some way around the rikoudou shadow clone problem. For being the knucklehead he is naruto is quite resourcefull. He might even have figure out how to combine sage and rikoudou mode but I don't think we've seen it yet.
i found that weird at first but i realized that naruto has completed his training with bee that is why he could do rasengan and the new versions of rasengan U_U

He's going to die and the Kyuubi will be released, then he will be brought back to life after Madara uses the Kyuubi and the Haachi to bring back the Juubi, then Naruto will use Rasengan on Madara and he will die.

I think Naruto is risking his life by using the clones and he just dont care. Madara planed for this to happen so he may be trying to get Naruto to make clones and go around. So everything will go for the worst to Naruto. But Naruto then will talk with the Fox or maybe learn to mix sage mode and kyuubi mode together and problem solved.

My earlier post regarding his new mode being a combination of Sage and Kyubi cloak, is partly incorrect.
Instead of being a full combination, because Naruto now has full control of the Kyubi chakra and he is a descendant of the Rikudo Sage, he has some characteristics of a sage, while in a Mastered Kyubi mode.
Naruto does have enough regular chakra to exchange with Kyubi to get away with using shadow clones to a certain extent. We know from Bee in chapter 519, that this ability is limited.

@chakra: naruto said so too and bee warned him to underestimate the kyuubi. he should be already drained for being so long in that mode, now he has 12 shadow-clones (meaning he just has 1/12 of his chakra left), he should fall dead to the ground.

I think, that he tries to inject his own chakra in to the kyuubi.
Someone already came up with a thread with this theory.
Think about it how much more chakra he injects the less hate Kyuubi will have!

He used MASSIVE Shadow Clone Jutsu. He still used a shadow clone jutsu but on a massive scale.
Its the same thing. There is no different shadow clone it will still harvest your chakra supply and since the Nine Tails don't like Naruto it will feed off his chakra in Rikudo mode.
Kishi is letting Naruto run wild with this shadow clone thing and it SHOULD almost kill naruto. This contradicts what the previous chapters state about shadow clone and rikudo mode.

yeah I understand. But kishi is always changing things in naruto so we must just go with the changes, mostly some how naruto has found some way around that. Probably next chapter will explain. He's probably going to have another talk with the kyuubi.

I don't see why everyone goes crazy about this. The 8 tails never said he can't use shadow clones. The 8 tails said he shouldn't use them. There is a huge difference, between can't and shouldn't.

of course he can, but according to kishi's own logic he should just die in the next chapter because the fox devours his chakra at the 13x speed and he shouldnt have that much chakra anymore anyways, since he used chakra through the whole day. i mean there has to be an end of chakra even for naruto.
There probably will be a consequence to naruto using the shadow clones.
I'm guessing he will get weak from the fox taking so much of his chakra and Bee will end up dying trying to protect naruto.
Of course there is still a chance that the fox IS NOT taking his chakra since he probably doesnt want to be merged back into the ten tails by Tobi.

We dont know Narutos EXACT amount of chakra, hell, when have we ever heard naruto say "Im running out of chakra" (HIS own chakra, not sage chakra or kyuubi chakra), NEVER, that guy has toooons of chakra, not to mention being a distant relative to the senju, a friggin uzumaki, he has the durability and chakra supply to use a few dam clones. the 8 tails was warning him that the draining would be faster, that doesnt mean he'll die immediately or something it just means that the 8 tails has no clue how much chakra naruto has to give, after all, when the kyuubi spoke with naruto he was all fattened up and back to his normal size off of NARUTO'S chakra, naruto wasnt shocked by the fact that the kyuubi was back to normal off of him chakra, hy? Simply cuz he has lots of chakra to give, as he stated to the 8 tails already
