Pretty uneventful, however I guess its good to get the Sasuke and Raikage fight over so they can focus on Naruto more later.

It was his normal second level, his is just the most powerful because he is the original source for the seal.

I notic. ed in a previous manga when tobi first revealed himself as madara to kisame, kisame addressed him as Mizukage, then he said madara. Whats up with that???
