So You are asking me do this cause Vayne is beyond trash. Filthy Nara.

Ight bet.

Give me a TLDR of mandos and then we do jutsu. Slack on this, and you back to Vayne's crib.
Lmfaoooo. Heyy finally a real sensei for once.

Alright so.. No slacking this time.

Mandalorians were a CC that some guy made. I don't even remember anymore but he based them off the Mandalorians from Star Wars. I loved Star Wars: The Clone Wars. RIP Savage Oppress. So you had an armor with a jet pack and chakra-sensing vision. All that stuff.

Now, when I joined the RP, there were not many clans. We had the Nekura, Gyojin, Kiyoshi and the rest. No chance in hell anyone was letting us join them. Scorps even had a whole applications thing for his Binkan and then didn't even accept anyone lmao. But Mandalorians were different. Teno (cool guy that he was) was more open to new players. So I was like cool, let me apply.. and he accepted me. Made a Kazuya (from Tekken) bio for the clan.

Then I got inactive so nothing really came of it but hey.. it shows I got some familiarity with the clan. Anyhow, so its 2015 ig, I return back to the RP and now Penguin is leading it. He improved some CCJs and stuff. Did ya know I used my alt to report his CCJ once? I don't know why I did that. I loved the guy. Had to switch to an alt though cause can't have the reputation of being a snitch. Anyhow, I am inactive again.

Now, its 2023 and suddenly Mandalorians (along with Nekura and Gyojin) are canon clans. Cool. So yeah, here I am, training to learn the techniques.

So what do we have? The Mandalorian armor contains a diverse array of equipment which can facilitate offensive, defensive and supplemental purposes. There's the flamethrower, water cannon, chakra-blade, blaster guns and armor shield. My favorite is the chakra-sensing visor which (when combined with apex tracker) gives me 5.5x in tracking. Now, that's insane. But also, we have a jetpack for flight too. Cool cool. Not much when you have Sand but still cool.

Uhh.. Beyond that, Mandalorians have access to droids and battleships as well. So that is really helpful in launching multiple attacks at the enemy within the same timeframe. The old custom-clan had none of this. Also, Mandalorians (along with Cyborgs) are the only character groups that can access advanced technology so that opens up the field for a great assortment of cool CJs and CTs.. like that AI-Sand combo I told you about an hour back.

I still need to figure out how the Med Droid works and what techniques it can use (cause that is the one I picked on my Bio).

So yeah, that's the Mandos.

Edit: Kagutsuchi made the Mandos. He's your friend, isn't he?

Indeed, Ali is my friend. I think, he might say otherwise. But he good people. But yeah you good. You a spartan from Halo and you do good.

The most important part is the armour. Lets begin with that:

( Yoroi no Mandaroa ) - Armor of the Mandalore
Type: Tool
Rank: N/A
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: Mandalorian armor refers to the traditional armor worn by the elite warriors of Concord Dawn. While this armor has small cosmetic differences between the different users, this armor typically includes a helmet with a T-shaped visor that conceals their faces, and weapon armaments like blaster guns, jetpacks, and a unique weapon like natural flamethrowers or water pressure cannons. Mandalorian armor was typically made from beskar, a unique chakra metal known only to the Mandalorians, which was one of the strongest metals in the Ninja World. This metal allows the armor to reduce up to 20 physical damage from clashes and grants it’s wielder several enhancements through the indestructible armor, though this armor can vary in their abilities. Each armor at its base grants it’s user chakra sensory through their visor, tracking Chakra at 3x Jounin speeds and the ability to mark and differentiate between chakra signatures as well as communicate with one another across wide distances. These armors also come equipped with an advanced Chakra Blade weapon in the form of a laser sword, axe or spear. These blades function similarly to canon Scientific Ninja Tool with the notable enhancement of the blade’s efficiency, allowing them to be used at only 10 chakra per turn and deals 60 damage per use, counting as a move per turn.

Mandalorian armors come with a set of active abilities they can trigger, enhancing the suit and it’s abilities. However, this activation puts a toll on the body and can only be done limitedly. Through the use of triggers near the user’s hands, the user is capable of activating his armor’s Chakra Jetpacks. This allows them to release pressurized chakra to achieve flight at 30 speed, burning 30 chakra per turn of use and lasts up to 3 turns per use. Equipped on the sides of the armor are the user’s detachable energy blasters. These blasters, much like Gun Tools, fire chakra bullets but can be used to fire small laser projectiles at great damage. These follow standard gun rules and can be used once per turn. In addition to this, the user’s armors come equipped with a semi sentient A.I. inside their armors. This A.I. is used to activate the user’s abilities while he is still fighting. It also tracks the user’s health, chakra levels as well as chakra and health of targets the user is physically viewing.

Note: These armors and helmets do not impede the user’s ability to use streaming jutsu or techniques from their body. These techniques instead form on the outside of the armor.
Note: Mandalorian bios cannot have Leg Weights or their variants. While jetpack is in use, the user must keep at least one hand on the trigger to sustain.
Note: Must be worn at all times as a Mandalorian, unless custom variants are created. Only one Mandalorian armor can be held at any time.

Benefits
  • The chakra sensory provides 3x tracking ability which, when combined with apex tracker specialist, is more than enough to deal with most enemies.
  • Flight at 30 speed is definitely nice.
Criticism
  • The armor has insignificant defensive capabilities. Come on. Where is my "Can defend against one S-Rank technique"?
  • Most of the accompanied weapons (from the flamethrower to the water cannon and the chakra sword) are frankly useless to me.
  • The restriction on leg weights is definitely frustrating.
Questions
  • How exactly does the AI work? Does it connect all the droids, robots and other Mandalorian machinery with the user through his armor? Can you telepathically (or whatever) communicate with them?
  • What rank are the energy blasters? Is the blast neutral to all elements?
  • Can two Mandalorians communicate across different landmarks?

"The user's armours" - This should answer your first question. It's installed inside all your armours. Imagine it as JARVIS in Iron Man's suit or Cortana is Master Chief's suit. Unless you submit your own AI with more specifics then, it will need telling what you want it to do. Or say you're bound, or hurt, it will register this and then act on your behalf within reason.

What this does, will activate the technology bound to your suit you're in etc.

As for ranks of the attacks, it says it follows the cannon gun rules. So I'm assuming that means the cannon guns stated below:

( Asashin Heiki ) - Assassin's Arsenal
Type: Tool
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30 (-30 to recharge)
Damage: 60
Description: The Assasin's Arsenal is a set of 3 guns: an assault rifle and a pair of semi-automatic pistols. These guns are capable of firing Jutsu Bullets. The user can release up to 5 bullets freeform per turn, dealing a collective 20 damage. The user is also able to release Fire Jutsu Bullets at A rank power once per turn, only usable every two turns. This can be done via single fire or three round bursts from his chakra rifle or by firing his pistols, creating bursts up to 3 meters large.
Note: The two pistols can fire 5 freeform bullets per turn to deal 20 damage. These bullets are made of raw chakra and are of similar width to fingers.
Note: These pistols are also able to release up to 2 Projectile/Streaming jutsu per turn and up to 5 in total before having to recharge chakra cartridges. During the recharge periods, the user must spend 30 chakra to recharge the clips in which neither of the guns can be used.

These would be neutral to all elements.

And as for communicating "as well as communicate with one another across wide distances.", I'd assume this means across landmarks yes.

Yeah, I know. But is it passive? For instance, let's say.. My opponent places me under a Genjutsu which makes me think I'm drowning. Now, my droid obviously knows that I am not, in fact, drowning. The droid can see whats really happening. Does the AI connect the droid to me? Can they passively inform me that I am under a Genjutsu? Or alternatively, if my opponent plans to attack me from a potential blind-spot, can the droids and other robots intervene (by themselves.. under the control of the AI or whatever) to help me out? Or like.. could the droids notice the attack coming and passively inform me, thereby allowing me to respond in time?

In essence, can we passively interact (by which I mean (1) does not cost a move (2) can be fit into the same timeframe as your move) to keep me informed about stuff..

Or say you're bound, or hurt, it will register this and then act on your behalf within reason.
This definitely sounds cool cause I was planning on submitting a custom AI that does something like that.. with the AI intervening to take control if I am paralyzed or knocked out.. but guess not..

Alright cool.
Now you're asking me stuff, you can find by reading the technique:

"In addition to this, the user’s armors come equipped with a semi sentient A.I. inside their armors. This A.I. is used to activate the user’s abilities while he is still fighting. It also tracks the user’s health, chakra levels as well as chakra and health of targets the user is physically viewing"

If it's tracking your chakra levels and health etc, it's going to know if you're actually drowning or not. If you're on fire in an illusion but not IRL, then the AI gonna know your health ain't dropping but your chakra is scuffed....

As for Droids, ask that shit when we get onto the technique. Because right now I need you understand the basic armour and the passive function of the AI in the suit and just the suit, not the entire arsenal of the Mandalorians.
