Sebastian peacefully waits for his student to arrive while reading a book just to pass some time.

When I notice the presence of the man who I had been waiting for, I simply close the book and place it in my ninja pouch. I then proceed to walk towards Raiden and my first question would be.

"Why Mandalores? What is your purpose?"

Well the Mandalore Clan represents innovation and brings uniqueness to the Ninja World with our technological armor. I want to and am proud to be apart of that. I, the former Jack the Ripper's, purpose in life is a simple one. My purpose is to protect those who cannot fend for themselves and to slay those who prey on the weak. That is my ninja way and way of living. It coincides with that of the Mandalores.

"Jack the Ripper, reminds me of someone I killed a long time ago. Boy, that man was a maniac with a chainsaw."

I didn't want to continue anymore with that topic since it seemed pointless right now so all I can do right now is try and train this student of mine to the best.

"Alright, now where is that armor of yours?"

My armor? Raiden rips off and throws off his baggy trench coat into the wind, revealing his Mandalorian Armor in the process.

Channel your chakra into the armor and tell me how you feel. Once you are done, we will proceed onto the techniques.

Okie dokey.

Raiden energizes his suit with his chakra. Almost instantly he fills sees the difference. His Visor comes granting him enhanced vision. He hears the chatter of his fellow Mandalores on the comms. His body as a whole also feels more reinforced as if it could now take a beating.

Hehe. Wow this is great. My body feels like a tank. My eyesight feels like it increased 10-fold!

Very good. Now on to the main part of the armor ^_^

-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.

This does not even require an explanation but I just want you to answer one question for me. If a kunai is thrown and then multiplied into thousand more, can the armor protect us from those weapons?

No it cannot. That would make the kunai apart of a jutsu therefore not freeform. The armor only passively protects against freeform ninja tools.

Surprising that you know the answer to it o_O

-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).

Perform it, analyze it. Tell me any strengths and weakness you know of.

Raiden starts to concentrate his chakra into his helmet. In doing so, his visor comes together over the upper part of his face. His vision and visual perception of the world was now enhanced. On his hud were all kinds of readings. Raiden looks up at birds flying in the sky and notices the tracking mechanism of his visor in effect. On the upper right corner of his hub listed different types of visions. Raiden switched the different sights and was briefly blinded once he entered nightvision since it was sunny outside. >.>

The visor b itself is a great addition to the Mandalore armor. The one tomoe tracking is greater than the what most ninja have. The Night vision will come in handy with the new rp system. Thermal vision will also be of use.

As for weaknesses. The night vision is limited. I don't know to what extent though. Could you clear that up. Night vision can also be used against the user if the target uses a flash bomb. The visor takes chakra to maintain as do other jutsu and other parts of the armor. This can add up really quick and a lot of chakra can be lost over time.

I am pretty much sure that the chakra cost cannot be considered as a major drawback for the Mandalores since it just practically takes up 5 chakra points per turn so I believe that it is much more 'chakra' efficient compared to the original Chakra Sensing which are possessed by the Sensory type of ninjas. And note that the opponent does not know what type of vision you are using since everything is going inside your helmet. And about your question, yes you would be totally blinded for a while when you are having night vision active and then suddenly a flash bomb goes off. But the heat vision is quite different and probably, you may not be blinded because the flash bomb may not have produced enough heat to blind you off. Just to be on the safe side, you are better off asking some RP moderator. The night visions comes only handy in the night time and in case a flash bomb goes off while you activated that, you are probably going to die soon (in the sense that you are opened to other attacks launched by the opponent) since you are going to be totally blind from the high amount of light entering your helmet at the same time. And yes, the One Tomoe tracking perk is good when fighting in close quarters. It allows you to analyze some attacks even more quicker than you normally can without the helmet. Now with that clarified, we might as well move on to the next one.

-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).

Same drill for this one too.

Cool.

I start to concentrate and direct chakra into my visor which causes it to activate.

A multitude of reading come up and tell me of being with chakra are in the vicinity. Of course that is myself and my Mandalore teacher. One of reading also describes my own chakra flow and read "STABLE". Had I been in an genjutsu it would read "ALERT: CHAKRA DISTURBED" From there I could have my armor break the genjutsu up to A rank.

A weakness of this jutsu is that it cannot tell when others chakra is disturbed. All the other doujutsus that can see chakra are able to see that. Our armor however cannot. Also the chakra jolt is 30 chakra points all around. The amount of chakra needed to use Kai depends on the genjutsu the target is inflicted with. This means that in certain situations, Kai is a more efficient move due to the chakra cost.

You are right about the part that it cannot tell if others are in Genjutsu but hey, we got the Chakra Sensing, we might be able to sense a sudden disturbance (dunno about that) or make use of the Enhanced Vision to check the chakra flow of the other person's body.

-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).

Seems super awesome ;_;.. Try it out u_u

Jack stated to direct and gather chakra in the jetpack on his on. As the jeckpack activated chakra came out the small thrusters propelling him upward into the air. Having never used the jetpack, Jack flew all over the place and through several trees before finally learning how to control his flight.

Now this jutsu is a great supplementary addition to the armor. Its sudden thrust of speed and flight can come in handy when dodging techniques. In addition to that, it can add a degree of unpredictability to taijutsu and I presume kenjutsu attacks. A major weakness is that sustained flight alone cannot be used to dodge a technique as that is freeform. If the user is in a situation such as this they will have to deactivate their jetpack and reactivate it or use that low level fuuton jutsu to move in the air.
