OT: Manda II has about a 0.007% chance of ever dealing damage on Minato, who eventually seals it.

Easely? Itachi can use a hell lot of fire when he uses amaterasu, and he can use it several times. Manda gets roasted, and Susano tanks anything manda has. Genjutsu shits, Totsuka shits.

It doesn't matter how many times he can use it, it's countered. There's no known limitation for it shedding its skin. Genjutsu is subjective. Susano can tank his offensives, but it'd take a toll on Itachi. He'd have to withstand the pressure of being wrapped. We've susano drop when being overwhelmed before.

That's very well possible, but not definite as Manda can maneuver around that, preventing it from happening.
