Totsuka + Yata Mirror > Kyuubi. Believe the hype or not about the weapons, following what Manga/DB state it's their capabilities are true. (I'm not saying Itachi >> Kurama, I'm saying he has the necessary tools to defeat him however, in certain scenarios)

All it would take is a single glance, and Manda II would be under Itachi's control. Manda II has never fought an Uchiha before, so doing what Kabuto did to fight Itachi/Sasuke wouldn't even be going through its mind. Once pacified Totsuka blitz smh.

Btw, seeing as Kabuto is summoner, Manda would automatically gain knowledge of Itachi, since the two share Intel via chakra exchange.

Manda II can likely shed its skin like Manda did to remove Amaterasu, but it's still a Lol considering Totsuka and Genjutsu.
