Minato was indeed granted the title of 4th Hokage, after losing his life in a fight with the nine tails. which was controlled by an Uchiha w/ Mangeyko.
3. dude seriously, sasuke has so much growing to do, he wasn't even close to Itachi's level when they fought, and minato was at least twice sasuke's age when he fought nine tails, it is common knowledge, the Uchiha are feared by all, simply because they are born this way, only original senju keke genkai shinobi stand a chance, and thats with some other type of 'help'.. i.e. Naruto has the nine tails/kyuubi cloak... and dont bring up naruto at all, Sasuke almost killed him last time they fought.. and if you really wanna get into it, Minato's Flying Thunder God Technique was originally an Uchiha jutsu, similar to shisui's Body Flicker Tech., and Madara's Space & Time Continuum Tech., just FYI...

Where the hell did you get that from? Minato's ftg is an original technique created by himself. It's not based on anything from the Uchiha.
