If JJ Madara body cant withstood cutting prowess of Yoton FRS , what make you think tsunade and Sakura can survived normal yet still powerful FRS.

Keep in mind Madara not hit by Lava ball on the middle but the circular saw around that ball and nearly cut into two pieces.

FRS in SM+ deletes the body which regeneration cant help against.
