Sitting with his back to the altar, with his head against his clasped hands, Amakusa was deep in thought. To an outside observer it would appear as if he was praying in earnest, but that was the last thing he'd ever do. For some strange reason, even though he was no longer religious, this was the only place he could think clearly. Perhaps it was the silence, or the sheer lack of another presence. Even God had abandoned this place. In a way, this run-down church with poorly lit torches had become a kind of home for him. It also stood as a monument to the true face of religion in the modern age, as something antiquated and obsolete. What weighed on his mind today was the same topic that had occupied his thoughts for the past fortnight. Once again he was obsessively pouring over every detail of his masterplan, the very thing that would save humanity. It is not long before he has to raise his bowed head as his ruminations are interrupted by an intruder.

The man coming through the door couldn't have looked more out of place in a 'holy' building if he tried. Garbed in an ostentatious purple coat that revealed his bare chest, this mysterious individual's appearance had nothing remotely religious about it. So why then had he sought out an abandoned church in the middle of nowhere?"What brings you to this so-called House of God? Don't tell me you actually came to worship him, here of all places." He knew his words would be at odds with his attire, he just didn't care. What did it matter if he was perceived as a hypocrite? He wore these clothes and his cross with a specific purpose in mind. They were his badge of shame and served as a constant reminder of what he reviled most.

Re: Closed

In a far remote place in the middle of nowhere, an old building occupied a reasonably big amount of space with its holy shade cast all over the place. Taking light steps forward as his right arm was raised firmly in level with his chin, holding a book displaying the name as "Bandit's Secret". Over this dark reddish book, a white colored human palm shape was stamped on it. The contents of this book pleased Chrollo, considering his hobby was reading the stolen abilities inside the book from time to time. His eyes quite absorbed within the letters of the paper, came to a cease as soon as his feet hit a raised structure; stairs. "Oh, looks like I'm here", he said under his breath as he climbed up. The steel door made a loud cracking sound, however Chrollo wasn't disturbed. He entered the building as he closed the book, stuffing it inside of his coat.

"So this is the place they call church?" Chrollo pondered as he looked with his eyes wide open. He became curious of this place solely of the excessive times he's heard its name from the travelings in various places. The common element they associated this place with was God, sometimes they called him another name, Jesus Christ to be exact. They also mentioned a holy book, which was why Chrollo became interested in this kind of place. His scanning of the surrounding was quickly interrupted by an eerie individual standing at the opposite direction of him, leaning against the altar with a clasped hand formation. With his hoodie on, the man was vested in a fully red cape covering his black clothes underneath. It did not do a good job hiding the cross in his necklace, though. "What if I do?" Chrollo's statement was followed with a chuckle, which echoed through the vast room. "Judging by your tone, sounds like you're tired of worshipping the same God all over again."

Chrollo stopped for a brief moment, running his hands through his backwards combed hair which clearly showcased his cross at his forehead. "Even though I'm not obligated to tell you anything; I will for the sake of the loneliness which surrounds this place. I want this holy book Bible in my hands."

Re: [Closed] Man of the Reversed Cross

It is only on closer inspection that Amakusa notices the purple cross tattooed on the man's forehead. Some kind of fanatic perhaps? He could very well be one of the church's executors, sent to claim the bounty on his head. He was certainly creepy enough to fit the bill, but there was something about his eccentric manner that suggested he was something else altogether. He had never met an executor with much of a personality, it is only when they defected that they finally came into their own as individuals. “Me? Pray to God?” He looks away with a sad smile on his face, almost as if he was slightly embarrassed by the question. “That’s a bad joke.”

After getting over his momentary loss of composure, his gaze returns to Chrollo and the crimson book in his grasp. "Bandit's secret, huh? What does that make you? A rogue looking for redemption? You'll find no such thing here. God has forsaken this place, surely as he has abandoned this world." At it's mention, he holds up his copy of the Bible for the man to inspect from afar. He then throws it towards him with as much care as a person discarding a piece of garbage. To journey all this way to obtain a bit of ink-stained parchment, a book full of comfortable lies, he could only wonder what kind of man Chrollo was.

In response to Chrollo's witty and sharp question, it seemingly put on a smile coated in a sad expression over Amakusa's face. Not sure what this could mean, Chrollo tucks his book in his back as Amakusa started speaking about it. He sure asked a lot of questions yet refused to let anything known about him. Sounded like a very confused individual if you asked Chrollo. "Just like its name; the book is a secret. You shall never know its contents. Even if you somehow are in possession of it, the book recognizes its owner. To foreigners, it will be filled with a bunch of obscure and nonsensical words." Having refined his skill at lying, Chrollo continued. "I'm a thief." Being as blunt as ever, Chrollo's eyes continue to stare right in Amakusa's soul, as if they were aiming to set his heart free from his worries.

Catching the thrown bible with his right hand, Chrollo sneakily peeped the expression of Amakusa as he threw it and noted it for later on. Opening the first page of the Bible however, he came to a great disappointment. In contrary to what he thought, maybe being a book just like his Bandit's Secret, it was instead a book glorifying God. In other words, a book full of lies, unlike Chrollo's. Even if they were stolen abilities, it was in Chrollo's merit to be able to control them. Skimming through the pages as he flipped them quickly, Chrollo closed his eyes in somewhat satisfaction and the same stare was yet again thrown at Amakusa. Holding the bible with his thumb and index finger, tilting it ever so lightly as to make it look like the Bible was clinging for its life, Chrollo takes out a lighter and begins to burn the book. "This is what I wanted to do. From now on, I am on a quest to eradicate these." Yet again analyzing Amakusa's expression, Chrollo could only wonder if this would have some sort of trigger in his actions. Despite his words said otherwise, his body language contradicted them. Normally, Chrollo would have left already, but he was interested at what this peculiar guy had to offer. If he had to get violent, that's even better.

In response to the most brazen act of blasphemy he'd ever witnessed, Amakusa's eyes widen in surprise. After placing his steepled fingers across his mouth, he looks towards the floor. At sporadic intervals a small series of stifled chuckles escape him, each one slightly less concealed than the last, until finally he erupts into a hearty laugh that echoes throughout the derelict room. The act of burning a Bible in a church, such a simple act and yet it was the most eloquent defiance against God he'd ever witnessed. True there were those who perpetrated the most grievous of sins to 'prove' God felt indifference to everything he created. However Shirou had no interest in going down the path of a maniac like Bluebeard. There was no reason for him to let go of his morality just because there was no deity to validate it. "Finally. Someone who disdains God almost as much as me." He utters in a somewhat triumphant tone. He didn't think he had found himself an ally but he felt closer to him than all those nattering fools he once surrounded himself with, who repeated their scripture like brain-dead parrots. "I have as little interest in your book as you had in mine. I'm more intrigued by the person holding it. Who might you be?". He says, coolly returning the gaze that attempted to pierce through to his soul.

The words of the hooded man were received greatly by Chrollo. At first he was a little bit surprised considering the image he had created of Amakusa was that of a boring guy who let himself be controlled by an imaginary God. This image was fortunately shattered, just like the silence of the room, with Amakusa's near-maniac laughter. Chrollo put his hand on a bench, smiling, glad that he'd found a person almost like himself. "I honestly expected you to cry like a child." He says as he blows the remaining ashes to nothingness. "You know, that kind of cry when you get a candy off the hands of a kid. But I'm glad that is not the case." He carelessly threw the lighter in an undefined direction, indicating that object was of no longer interest.

Now, Amakusa's resolve had seemingly changed, as had his stare. Thus, he asked a question who Chrollo was. In respect of the laughter he did earlier, Lucifer decided to elaborate a little more. "As I said, I'm simply a thief. More like, the main thief of a band you've probably haven't heard... yet. If I want something, I simply steal it. Isn't that so straightforward? I like keeping things simple, so tell me a bit about yourself."

Curious that this mysterious individual once again introduced himself by his occupation, rather than his name. Perhaps he wasn't wrong for doing so. It imparted far more than an arbitrary label like a name ever could. Amakusa wondered if he should follow his example but quickly put an end to that train of thought. He was his purpose and it was him, there was nothing separating the two. His name was synonymous to the mission he was destined to carry out. Besides, he didn't want to be referred to by some revolting nickname like 'Red Priest' as he was once called in the past. Rising from his place on the floor, Tokisada stands proud as he utters his next words."You are in the presence of Amakusa Shiro Tokisada. The saviour of the human race." A genuine smile accompanies the latter part of the bold declaration, though who could say what lay beneath such an expression. All but Amakusa were ignorant of the fact, even god himself.

"Amakusa Shiro Tokisada, huh?" Lucilfer mumbled, barely audible. He did not understand the reason why he had to have three names. Regardless, since Chrollo had come a long way here, he decided to give it a go and challenge... let me pick, Shiro. It was the shortest name. "I, Chrollo Lucilfer, challenge you to a humble clash of our battling prowess. Try to not mess this sacred place so much, will you?" Shiro didn't seem too hostile, or any, for that matter. Lucilfer was sure that he'd accept this request.

Chrollo then crouches lightly as his hand cracks in electricity. The Raiton chakra brightened the portion of the room Chrollo was standing, however soon it would light the whole chamber for a normal sized blue shiny beast would be treading through the narrow path. The howling beast was attached with a seemingly long rope of lightning to Chrollo's hand, who also started to run in the same exact path as his beast. Naturally, the beast would reach Shiro first. If he didn't do something about it, he'd get paralyzed and get a shock damage. All the while Chrollo had leaped into a jump and starts to rain down on Shiro with his foot extended forward, aiming to kick the red dressed man against the altar.

"Don't disappoint me."

A satanic name to go with the reversed cross tattoo on his forehead, how very fitting. At the initiation of a challenge, Amakusa begins to laugh somewhat maniacally before speaking. "Very well then. My blade was getting rusty." At this declaration, he unsheathes the black katana strapped to his left hip with the opposing hand. However the action is intended as a misdirection while he enacted his true purpose. Waiting until Chrollo creates the lightning hound, Shiro begins focusing his chakra into the air to silently manifest four separate assassins. Three of the cloaked figures are generated around his position: one to his left, one to his right and one in front of him. The last is created upside-down four meters in front of it's master, three meters higher than the rest, so to be out of sight. The trio of assassins are created five meters in the air and 'drop' down seamlessly by flying downwards. Their landing causes Amakusa's red cloak to billow in the wind and after their dramatic entrance, the foremost familiar dashes forwards to cleave through the approaching beast with it's daggers before plunging those same blades into Lucilfer's throat. Meanwhile the fourth assassin gradually descended from the air, careful never to let himself enter his target's line of vision (the closer Chrollo approaches, the lower it can descend). The path of it's descent is a linear one, so that it's shadow on the ground is always concealed by the chandelier hanging above it. By the time the opponent passes under the chandelier, the familiar would be within touching distance and it strikes out with it's daggers to puncture both of Chrollo's shoulders non-fatally.

(Fuuton: Chouyaku no Shinpou) – Wind Release: Leap of Faith
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40 (-10 chakra per turn)
Damage points: 80
Description: The user will channel their fuuton chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of tangible wind with a slight greenish hue. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. On creation, the assassins typically descend on their targets from above and stealthily dispatch them through the use of their bladed weapons by targeting vital locations on their victim's body. They don't necessarily have to land on top of their targets but can simply be created so they will land near/next to them. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

Note: Lasts for four turns
Note: Can be used twice per battle
Note: No S-Rank or above Wind on the turn this is used

Running towards through the narrow path as he was, a slight hesitation would come in his steps as soon as hooded figures started descending right into his line of sight. Immediately stopping mid way, being approximately six meters away from Shiro, Chrollo bites his inner lip in frustration, accompanied with a grimace. Since he was at basically enemy territory and judging the way the hooded figures came downward, he passively activates his sensing to only come to a realization that one more of these figures rested higher up. "I get it now..." He subtly said after coming to a understanding what kind of a fighter Shiro was. As soon as the middle figure in the ground comes dashing towards, Chrollo who had long ceased control of his lightning beast, focuses Fire chakra four meters all around the opponent. This would cause four tentacles made of fire to emerge from the ground in a lashing movement, cutting the figures in half and ending their existence, whereas the fourth tentacle attacks Shiro himself. An addition to this technique would be the usage of another jutsu which was used in unison with it. From a tentacle, a knight like figure materializes, capable of flight, which directly goes upward and towards the final hooded figure, using his sword to cut it in half before rushing down and near Chrollo, hovering one meter above and in front of him, emphasizing a proper protection of his master. The moment the knight had materialized and flied up, Chrollo makes a single handseal to make the tentacles explode.

(Chakra Henkanshi no Jutsu) - Chakra Sensing Technique (Passive)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 15 (- 5 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.

Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

(Katon: Kulhu no shutsugen) - Fire Release: Emergence of Kulhu
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: Emergence of Kulhu is a technique where user would release katon chakra around their opponent. Now this chakra would emerge from the ground in shape of numerous small participles of fire that when collected into a single structure take form of tentacles. User will be capable of forming up to four tentacles which main purpose would be as to harm opponent by making all different kinds of lashing movements however if user so wishes he can control these tentacles. Their size can be up to five meters in lengt. User will also be capable by performance of a single seal make the small fire particples from which they are formed actually explode forming a maelstorm in which center opponent will be standing.

Note: Can not be used in consequent turns.
Note: Can only be used four times per battle.
Note: Can only be Taught by Akasha.

(Katon: Kokoro no Hi)-Fire Release: Heart of Fire
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: (Same as targeted jutsu)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Heart of Fire is a unique jutsu supplementary in nature which exclusively augments other fire jutsu, meaning it naturally bears the ability to be activated in the same timeframe slot as them. Essentially, Heart of Fire pushes the principles of fire that acts like a solid to the limit in any jutsu it is applied to, though in a unique way. Rather than turning all the flames in the technique solid, only select flames in the center of the fire will be selected. Moreover, the only solid aspect within the fire will be a knight composed of condensed, solid flames, his size scaling no larger than the realms of the chosen technique. The knight and the surrounding fire will initially appear and behave as outlined in the other jutsu (ex. being shot from the user’s mouth as a linear fireball), but the knight can exit that action and act as he please at any time, as he is sentient in nature. The knight is capable of flight, and moves at a speed matching the technique. The knight does not, however, empower the jutsu in any way, as his power is derived directly from it, nor can he reshape it. Rather, he just takes control of the jutsu and turns it into a hybrid state as the flame which surrounds him, the shape of the original technique, is still quite dangerous. Naturally, the knight attacks anything which entire the confines of that fire. This technique does however come with some heavy restrictions.
Only one knight may ever be created from this, so a jutsu that splits its power into three fireballs would result in one knight stunted in power in one of those fireballs, the other two unaffected. The jutsu ends after three turns, and carries a two turn cooldown before reuse. While it is active, the user will be limited to fire release and advanced elements which use it.
Note: Only usable thrice per battle
