Focus your chakra and use it to gather raindrops which you mould into a dagger-like weapon. Due to infusing your chakra in the created weapon, it gives it more density so that it can be used for attacks instead of a splash of water in the face xD When you use the dagger to cut someone it automatically expands the cut with the water to increase the damage.

(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique

Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

Focus your chakra while you perform the needed handseals, then extend your arm into the sky and release the chakra through your hand, this will create an umbrella which will stop the rain above you from hitting you. It does not work when the rain is somehow hardened or the likes.

vegito focuses his chakra towards his hand so that rain will be atracted to it forming a dagger. Vegito then notices how useless this jutsu is and attempts to stab himself with the rain only to release the jutsu at the last second for the sole purpose of freaking his teacher out Vegito rolls around laughing at korras face when he thought Vegito was about to kill himself wiping a tear from his eye he stands up and explains the pros and cons

Its good if you don't have literally any other weapon. because I can do more with a regular sword then this heck the C rank water sword is more useful in everything but rank.

Vegito holds his hand up while focusing his chakra above him like an umbrella stopping rain from coming down to hit him.

Any chance this would work to block stromy blockade? If so this is a really good jutsu for that and for blocking rain tiger at will from senseing you, but it leaves you open to attack.

vegeito focuses his chakra into a single rain drop makes it bounce back up to freeze it and then has to come down and stab Korras clone. He then makes all the rain bounce back up so it falls like hail but sharp hail.

I have better ice jutsu for these already except this hail jutsu might be slightly more useful since its higher ranked. I don't see myself using the first one unless I was looking for a jutsu to use for in the first move.

Focus your water chakra and first perform the hidden mist skill!
Once you have done that and the mist was created around you it is difficult to see through, but then you will add a bit of extra difficulty. Focus your rain chakra and send it into the sky, once you have done this you can manipulate the clouds to create snow which falls out of the sky. This will even more blind the opponent! Let it snow, let it snow, let it snooooowwww~

Vegito uses the hidden mist jutsu and then focuses his chakra into the sky. As it begins to rain the mist freezes the rain and begins to become snow flakes as they touch down. Vegito suddenly feels an impulse almost as if he was in a disney movie to begin singing.

As vegito sings this he begins freezing things for no random reason. He then slams his hands on the ground and focuses his chakra into the rain on the ground so it goes upwards from its place on the ground.

The second one is probably one of the best rain jutsu the first one though I already have better snow jutsu for.

Really dont see why this was a test element they're ok jutsu but nothing I'd use over my ice jutsu or even a regular water jutsu I don't think I'd use either of these in a battle elunless I was bored or something

Again focus your rain chakra and send it into the rain to make a large pillar of water high up in the sky, as well as focusing onto the ground where you desire it to land. Since the pillar is made of water which has quite a lot of mass and the radius of the pillar being four metres, it is quite a powerful jutsu as it crashes down on the desired place, and basically onto the opponent that can be crushed under the pressure of the water falling out of the sky. As the water lands onto the ground it will create a shock wave of water which you will be able to use to your advantage too.

(Hyaku Touei Ame Bushin) - Hundred Rain Reflection Clones

This one is pretty good its like stromy blockade but atleast one rank more powerful I'd probably use this one.

This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .


Using your chakra focus on a single focus point and by using your chakra have the point start spinning with high speeds so that it drags rain clouds into them. It should form a swirling storm of water and send it at my clone. The storm should be able to follow my clone till it hits him.

This allows rain techniques to be used from the dragon, and become more localized.

Use your chakra and create a dragon from the clouds and have it swoop down from the sky to shoot a spiral rain spear from any part of its body to hit my clone while at the same time small rain storms come from its body. This jutsu can also allow rain jutsus from different directions and angels making it harder to be counter.

(Rasen Yari no Kirinonai Kouu) - Endless Rain of the Spiral Spears

Description: An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

Use your chakra to condense a large amount of rain drops to form spears of water into the clouds and have the spears come down and strike my clone when you do the hand sign *shows you the hand sign* The spears should move in a corkscrew pattern and you should be able to control where the spears hit even in mid-technique.

Description: powerful jutsu that's into motion the creation of a dragon made of clouds. the dragon itself is very powerful and adds a level of versatility previously unknown to rain-based techniques. The dragon swoops down from the sky and onto the battlefield. Not only is it capable of shooting a spiral rain spear from any point on its body once per post, but it is capable of directing a small rainstorm from its body. This allows rain techniques to be used from the dragon, and become more localized.

Use your chakra and create a dragon from the clouds and have it swoop down from the sky to shoot a spiral rain spear from any part of its body to hit my clone while at the same time small rain storms come from its body. This jutsu can also allow rain jutsus from different directions and angels making it harder to be counter.

Description: An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

Use your chakra to condense a large amount of rain drops to form spears of water into the clouds and have the spears come down and strike my clone when you do the hand sign *shows you the hand sign* The spears should move in a corkscrew pattern and you should be able to control where the spears hit even in mid-technique.

Vegito focuses his chakra into the rain clouds and using shape manipulation he forms a dragon made of rain that comes down directly over the clone and releases a spiral spear. Vegito then focuses his chakra into the clouds forming many rain spears so they come down like rain drops that can kill.

The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.

Use your chakra and bring down the storm clouds from the sky so that they surround you and my clone. The clouds should be moving at high speeds and allow rain to come from every direction and use it to do any rain jutsu to hit my clone. This jutsu could be useful since your opponent would have to worry about rain from all directions. A sensor or doujutsu user would be fine since they could see your chakra being focused in on an attack. Tell me what jutsus you think would be great combos with this?

Description: A powerful technique that draws down a small portion of rain clouds and places them over the user like a full body shell. The clouds continue to produce rain, which allow the user to send out rain jutsu like the Rain spear from their body. This shell also defends against lightening jutsu, cutting their damage in half.

Draw the a small portion of clouds and place them all over your body giving you a full body shield so that rain will fall from all over your body and than send out a rain spear at my clone. You could use this to take a lightning jutsu or if a high rank lightning jutsu is going to hit you this would be a good counter just so the jutsu doesnt really fully kill pr hurt you that bad. What jutsus do you think this would be good against and when would you try to use this?

Vegito focused his chakra into the clouds and with a large deal of effort forced them downwards around himself and korras clone, allowing the rain to go in every direction and keep the enemy off balance Vegito is constantly pouring his chakra into the clouds to keep them on the ground and then uses more chakra to pull a cloud over to himself protecting him from any attacks, now with the rains power doubled vegito forces a rain spear to form and be spat out from his body hitting the clone and disperses it.

These two make a great choice combo heck I'd start with these if I could, you can use them in any situation and even in the reverse order that I did. I'd counter it by freezeing the rain but that's because I'm a yuki.

Description: A powerful ninjutsu that laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra to change the structure of the rain. The end result is a storm that does not rain water, but instead rains a powerful acid that can eat through most materials. Unfortunately, skin is not one of those materials. Instead of instantly eating through, it causes skin to instantly blister and slowly dissolve in a most painful way.

Change the property of the rain so it becomes acid like burning my clone's clothes and causing blisters to his skin. After you make this use the Umbrella jutsu from eailer to protect you or if you had an umbrella like the one from Ame you would also be fine xD This could be in combination with any of the offensive rain jutsu and would make them do more damage. This question is besides the umbrella how would you counter this jutsu yourself?

(Touketsu Ame toraidento no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Trident Technique

Description: An advance version of rain trident where the user bounces the rain into the clouds.The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

Create a rain trident but higher in the sky so it becomes frozen and than have it come down and hit my clone. Its almost like an ice jutsu. Why would use this version than the other version or even an ice jutsu?
