Pretty much its water style, but you use the clouds to create the water and use it from above. Rain is a natural occurrence, it happens when something about condensation and moisture happens. On Narutobase it is its own separate element (however rain tiger at will is a normal water jutsu) that sometimes even has some ice style add ons

Not sure I follow your genjutsu example.

Anyway. vegito focuses chakra in his hand and outs it out using his chakra to pull rain drops towards his hand. As the rain drops come to his hand he compresses them using chakra into a orb. Once the orb is made vegito shoots it at Korras clone. As The orb travels at Korras clone Vegito focuses his chakra into the rain as it falls changing its properties with chakra to make it sticky. This holds the clone in place while its hit with the rain orb.

The first one I don't see many advantages to it. its a weak d rank rain jutsu that must people could probably block by throwing an explosive kunai at it. I wouldn't really use it unless I was messing around.

The second one though, its pretty useful. Like the syrup water jutsu it binds, but unlike that one this water comes from above and isn't blocked easily, the opponent shouldn't even know whats happening until the jutsus active and sticking them. You can combo this with other jutsu too. some disadvantages would be you might get sticky yourself? And you can still be attacked while activating the jutsu.

Vegito using his chakra sends it into the rain reflecting his image so it looks like theres a second him. When Vegito throws a right hook the clone throws a left. vegito then checks out his reflection while flexing his muscles and doing poses.

This while cool in theory can be ignored and seen through easily. The clone can be ignored as its fake and someone could just say they see your head band is mirrored and attacks the other or whatever. Also sensors and dojutsu users can do this without even needing to reason it. I don't see much use for this one.

Vegito focuses his chakra into one rain drop as its falling and makes it as sharp as he can. The rain drop then lands on the clones head cutting him in half and making him poof.

As a surprise attack it works really well. But since its C rank its easily blocked. This would be cool for starting out a fight though.

Focus your chakra into one of more drops of rain as they fall. When those drops hit the ground they become small sized spikes of water from puddles on the ground that were formed by the rain. For water to be on the ground you could use a large water jutsu that leaves water on the ground so that you dont have to wait for the rain to make enough water on the ground ^^ Only downside to this is your gonna have to wait for it to rain a good amount to let some water puddles to build up.

If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

Focus your chakra and use it to condense a large amount of rainwater into the sky. Then create a spear of water from the condensed water in the clouds. You can call it down anytime you want with the use of one handseal.

Within a certain amount of time the water will be in the form of a spear, after that it will turn into rain again and fall to the ground. A great jutsu to do a surprise with. Vgeito makes a single hand sign and focuses his chakra into the sky the rain stops for a breif pause and the spear of rain comes down striking the clone.

The raindrops that will fall on them will attach themselves to the opponent, making it harder to move. Once a lot of water is attached to them, they will be hold in place by the raindrops that will attach to the ground.

A good jutsu for trapping people. But because its so low ranked its easy to break out of with almost anything.

Vegito focuses his chakra towards the rain reflecting him and creating a clone akin to the E ranked regular clone that isn't physical but a somewhat illusion.

I guess a good trick but since the clones not all that good its pretty useless.

Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment

Focus your chakra and send it towards the opponent, or rather onto their clothes. Attract rain to the clothes and enable them to retain all the water in the clothes. This will eventually cause the clothes to become heavier to the point where it is hard to move for the opponent. Bascially a jutsu to help slow down opponents but not fully stop them. I would recommend using the rain glue instead of this one.

If I combined it with a water freezing jutsu I could freeze their clothes and skin. Other then that rain glue is more useful

If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

Focus your chakra and perform the needed handseals. Then place your hands out in front of you, using your chakra to gather a large amount of rain to create a wall of solid water in front of you. You have to keep your hands connected into the wall at all times or it will fall apart in normal water. Whilst using this jutsu it protects you from most taijutsu and fire techniques.

Vegito does the hand signs shown to him and focuses on his chakra falling from the sky. He condenses them into bullets of rain so as they fall they hit as hard as rocks making korras clone poof.

Useful attack low in rank though. But b rank is still high enough to be somewhat useful in a slower paced battle.

Vegito focuses his chakra and places his hands in front of him and gathering rain towards him creates a sheild of the falling rain.

Useful if you're having a lower ranked fight but unless this is your only defensive jutsu there's much better options for defense

I guess this would be cool to stop other rain users or use the rain stuck in mid air as a water source for attacks. But this jutsu doesn't serve any offensive purposes.

Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

Focus your chakra and use it to gather raindrops which you mould into a dagger-like weapon. Due to infusing your chakra in the created weapon, it gives it more density so that it can be used for attacks instead of a splash of water in the face xD When you use the dagger to cut someone it automatically expands the cut with the water to increase the damage.

(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique

Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

Focus your chakra while you perform the needed handseals, then extend your arm into the sky and release the chakra through your hand, this will create an umbrella which will stop the rain above you from hitting you. It does not work when the rain is somehow hardened or the likes.
