Making pictures smaller~

Alright so I was wondering if anyone knew how to re size pictures? To make them smaller. I have GIMP but I'm new to it so I don't know how to use it all that good.

Try tinypic. You can make it bigger or smaller.

You must be registered for see images

Percentage or Pixels. The "chain" button to the right locks the width and the height. If you "break the chain" you might wind up with a distorted image. If you're only shrinking, and not increasing the size, you don't need to worry about Interpolation.
