FL 10 is soo worth it. If you don't have the money though try LMMS its opensource, I don't know if it works in windows though.
Then get the Vengence essential house pack's great sound's.

Do you know why i need torturials? I've never tried shizzle like making shizzle before and i don't know what in the world sys specs are ~_~

The software is free, google search fruity Loops studio 9, get the demo. It's basically the real deal. Tuts can be found on Youtube.
