Background Info.
History:
Makarov's mother,an akimichi, got pregnant during the Ninja world war,being worried about the baby,she asked her husband,who was an akimichi too.They decided to leave konoha and go to amegakure,where they would hide in a friend's house.After being in Amegakure for a few months,the akimichi woman gave birth to his child,whom his father named Makarov.He was trained in akimichi techniques and basic ninjutsu,but one day,his father told the family they should go back to konoha now that makarov was safe.His wife agreed however,Makarov decided to leave,not to konohagakure but to other countries,he wanted to travel through the whole world.After saying goodbye to his parents,he left and started learning.Durings his travel,he found Roku Kiyoshi,after begging for some time,Roku let Makarov join the kiyoshi clan and was instructed by another kiyoshi,Caliburn.

Kiyoshi:All learnt up to kiyoshi warrior.Makarov also wields the kiyoshi spear that was given to him by his master.
