[Question] Makarov wizard rank?

I was re-watching Fairy Tail and they say Jura of the 10 wizard saints is rank 5th among them. What rank would Makarov be? Sorry for the random question ahaha!​

From what we've seen of him compared to the others, probably around -3.

We don't actually have a ranking for anyone below Jura.

Jura became 5th over time-skip but according to his words (Oracion Seis arc) he was weakest out of all, so I would guess Makarov was 5th before time-skip. Currently I think Makarov is not even part of the group.
