If anyone's going to be manipulated its sasuke, while he is a smart tactician and skilled shinobi. His emotions are still quite childish, he's proven this a lot in the past, while it would be a really incredible twist for naruto to get manipulated (which would actually be interesting), it is highly unlikely.

Naruto's entire character is based of his feelings, just as Sasuke. They just have different wills and ideals. Both of them have acted childish and done stupid mistakes because of their emotions in the past, however both of them have matured beyond anyone's wildest dreams.

Sasuke was the first person Naruto ever viewed as a friend, Sasuke was and is Naruto's best friend, Sasuke is Naruto's rival. Sasuke has saved Naruto's life in the past, he was even willing to give his life doing so. Sasuke is like a brother to Naruto. Sasuke is more a friend to Naruto than anyone in his own opinion. He still values all the friends he has, but he still values Sasuke as his best friend.

Nice theory and although I like the end result, I just don't care to have Naruto taken over by her. Although it would be nice to see the return of "rampage naruto". It also seems to contradict Naruto saving Sasuke and becoming Sasuke saving Naruto, it is a good plot twist but at the same time I don't really care for it. I would like to see Sasuke bring honor to his clan without making Naruto seem bad in the process. I really don't like to make one character look good at the cost of another character. I rather they both fight her on the battlefield instead of having Naruto being manipulated like that. Just my opinion on the matter, still a good read.
