Major flaws of this chapter.

Im not mad at Tobi being Obito(although i still believe its onli Obito's body with another person inside), but this chapter presented two things that made me think and i hope its not that way, that Kishi screwed up with the timeline.


FIRST:

Didnt Obito forgot Kakashi's Jounin promotion in the gaiden, How come they now had a project for that issue?

SECOND:

How come Minato's face is in the mountain, he was made Hokage just after Kakashi became a jounin and Obito died.

I think there is also a problem with the chunin exam, Obito and Kakashi shouldnt had taken that exam together(at the same time), Kakashi graduated way to early from the academy.

I'm not sure about Minato, if you're right, good job!

And they can't have graduated at a different time, because the graduates get put in teams and Obito got paired up with Kakashi, which means they graduated at the same year.

2. Minato could have become Hokage before Kakashi Gaiden, it doesn't really matter in the general storyline

Well, he did forget - but that's not the same as, he wasn't told

Well, since they where on the same team, the must have gratuated from the academy at the same time. And as shown, kakashi became chunin in the first try, while Obito promoted later on, by himself

2. He must be Hokage before then. Its fact. The Third wasn't out retirement until Minato's death. You also have to remember that Minato was young and the Hokage position was vacant or more like recommended to Orochmaru, but later denied.

Kakashi was a genius at a young age. It was also during the time of war. Obito was to slow to compare even with the famed Uchiha name.

that was before the mission so he still coudl've forgot to get him something.
we don't know exactly when the third stepped down and sense the fourth still had a team to take care of. lol i don't know if that answered the question since tsunades face was carved as soon as she became hokage

I know that, but is different to forget if almost every class mate knew, and Rin herself delivered that paper to him.

Minato wasnt a Hokage back then, i mean he doesnt even wear his hokage outfit, he was the leader of a squad in that war, none of the people who saw him spread those Kunais referred as him as the 4th hokage, just the yellow flash. Tsunade became hokage at the middle of part 1, yet his monument was only seen in part 2, therefore created during the timeskip. That monument is misplaced according to the timeline.

The Minato issue is a clear flaw, i think there is no way around it.

About Obito i was just thinking that he could be older, i mean people grow up and mature really odd in this manga, Itachi at 13 looked like Sasuke's father at 13(physically and psychologically).
