well at this point i am extremely close to you(about 5 feet away, going at least 40 mph due to the chidori, and velocity of the bug dragon i was on swooping out of the sky) , so basically you wouldnt have enough time to make a rasen shuriken.....redo U_U

And would weaken your rasen shuriken
And as I come towards you and see your rasen forming I close my hands
combining the chidori and drill, Creating an S-Rank vortex of spinning raiton and suiton, that flies through your rasen shuriken, completely destroying that arm,(yes i was damaged too as we all know no one can just go through even a weakend rasen shuriken without taking damage)
as I land my dragons (who are not to far from behind me)
