God Realm has the ability to draw in and repel almost anything. But has a 5 second interval between uses.
Magneto does need any time between usage of his power, but can only manipulate metal.

Coz god realm has a 5 secs weakness..while magneto has a magnetic force field and while on that mode he can use the magnetic shockwave =)

Well magneto can use the all the kunai's around him to keep piercing through the centipede until it will die..and btw magneto dont use chakra..hes power really come from natural..so it means it is unlimited..so as far as ive said above..God realm still lose =)
