Juri starts by sending her Jiton chakra into the ground, she allows the chakra to reach her opponent and manipulates him to give his whole body a positive charge. She quickly grabs a kunai, giving it a charge of negative, and throws it towards her opponent. Since opposites attract each other, the kunai would immediately take aim and strike her opponent with ease.(Jishaku Ninpou: Denji Genmu) - Magnetic Ninja Art: Electric Phantasms

Description: Turns your opponent into a living magnet.
Ok, so remember how I said that using Magnetism can't directly affect the opponent directly? It needs to be spread through a medium? Well in this case, the medium will be the ground. Focus your Jiton chakra through the ground until it reaches your opponent. Then, give your opponent either a negative or positive charge, it won't really matter which. Then toss a kunai at the clone whilst giving that kunai an opposite charge. The kunai should be attracted to the clone and strike him.
Juri sends her Jiton chakra behind her opponent, she converts the chakra into a positive charge and then the area beneath her opponent with negative charge. The ground behind him starts to rip apart and comes towards him making contact with him, injuring his back.(Jishaku Ninpou: Mugen Inseki) - Magnetic Ninja Art: Infinite Meteorites

Description: The user will magnetize a spot behind the target ans break up nearby earth. Then the earth will attack the use since he/she is in the filed of he magnetically charged spot.
Apply a charge to the area behind your opponent, then magnetize the are under opponent with the opposite charge, and cause the earth to suddenly fly at them. Make sure to avoid the debris, since it will fly at you if they dodge.
Wait, I thought Jiton Chakra could only be sent through a medium is this technique going against that? Or is it just traveling through the ground and into the head?(Jishaku Ninpou: Denji Genma) - Magnetic Ninja Art: Demonic Illusions

Description: Stops opponent from moving by messing with their minds electromagnetic fields.
Ok focus your Jiton chakra into the opponent's head, and try to send a burst of Jiton chakra to 'scramble' their mind's electromagnetic fields by doing so, you should make your opponent become paralyzed and unable to move. This is not a genjutsu, despite the name. Pain won't help. How would you personally counter this?
Juri magnetizes a shuriken and throws it towards a tree, transferring the magnetic charge onto the tree, she then grabs a bunch of kunai charging them with the opposite charge. They immediately attract to the tree and begin to close their distance between themselves. Quickly, the tree was peneratrated by multiple kunai which now protruded from it.It isn't affecting the opponent directly with this Jutsu, you're using magnetism release to affect the electromagnetic waves produced by the brain. The interfering with those waves is what causes paralysis.
A magnetic field is kind of complicated as to what it exactly is. Simply put though, a magnetic field is produced through the movement of electrically charged particles. You are able to manipulate these magnetic fields with your chakra as shown with the last jutsu.
Jiton is weak to lightning in general, but I doubt you will ever get into a direct lightning vs. Jiton confrontation. This is just in case someone wants to give themselves or an object a neutral charge. But, since they can't see or sense magnetic fields they'd probably be metagaming if they tried to unmagnetize themselves.
And yes, Nagashi would be a valid counter because it is an A ranked lightning.

Description: After magnetising shuriken, The user throws them at the opponent. Anything that is hit by the shuriken is magnetised, as such it is important that the opponent dodges all of them as even deflecting them will cause their bodies to produce a powerful magnetic field, making them an easier target. Each time the magnetism is transferred it weakens. Then when the user will throw a larger square shuriken that is magnetised at their target with then can hone in on them and even follow them if they move.
And yes, Nagashi would be a good counter.
Now then, I want you to magnetize this shuriken and throw it at that tree. The magnetic charge of the shuriken should then be applied to the tree. Now, If you then charge other thrown kunai with an opposite charge, you'd be able to more easily hit the opponent. Also, each time you transfer charge it becomes more 'diluted'. That makes it so that the created magnet becomes weaker every time the shuriken strikes something.
