Kinda weird.. I def forgot about this.. :|
Uhh.. tell me what you think I should know about magnetism

Magnetism is comprised of both the Wind and Earth natures to turn the users chakra into magnetic forces. Mainly, we have seen magnetism release being used to manipulate sand, iron dust, and gold dust. Interestingly enough, Magnet Release was the main ability of Third, Fourth, and Fifth Kazekages which is a testament to just how powerful Jiton is.

Now, this ability also originates from the land of lightning as well, as its also been shown the user can magnetize objects and even people which could be used to attract or repel things from a target or the user. Also, The Shukaku main ability stems from magnetism which he could implement with the seals on his body. Naruto used this ability with his Sage Art: Magnet Release Rasengan creating a Rasengan that would immobilize the target rather then launching them.

Magnetism is indeed a powerful element, and I feel has been underused which is why I am so interested in it. As honestly, everything has a small magnetic charge to it.

Cool, we'll continue the analysis route. I'll shortly elaborate on the technique, then you can perform, and add any other things you picked up about the technique, or what not.

(Jishaku Ninpou: Denji Genmu) - Magnetic Ninja Art: Electric Phantasms
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A(all metal thrown at opponent hits them and causes +2 damage for each one that lands)
Description: Turns your opponent into a living magnet.

Okay, a simple technique where you manipulate your Magnetic chakra and basically shift it so that the opponent starts attracting metals or anything that has an opposite polarity to it. This basically allows you to throw objects, like kunai, and they'll hone in on the opponent.

Okay. Very simple indeed. As you said this technique basically magnetizes your opponent, and causes thrown weapons to be on target regardless, homing in on them as well. What's not specified is how long this essentially will last. I'm guessing it would be indefinitely, unless the opponent finds some way to not demagnetize themselves, which is essentially unlikely. Also, do objects have to necessarily be thrown or would it be as you described and that the opponent will start attracting metals and other magnetized objects?

Lee begins by focusing his chakra on the training dummy, once magnetized, Lee throws a few shuriken in varying directions, the shurikens auto lock on to the dummy due to the magnetic field pulling the shuriken from thier intended path and striking the dummy in various spots, the shurikens would be hard to remove due to the magnetic attraction between the two objects.

Sorry for the VERY LATE reply. Both, I believe. Magnetism is a lot about using the environment to your advantage against the opponent. So knowing before hand that there are some metals present could allow you to use that your advantage. Nonetheless, good job. Here is a good example of using the environment.

(Jiton: Mugen Inseki) - Magnet Release: Infinite Meteorites
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user will magnetize a spot behind the target ans break up nearby earth. Then the earth will attack the use since he/she is in the filed of he magnetically charged spot.

Note: Can only be used by Toroi and custom Basic Magnetism bios.

So its pretty simple, you will magnetize the earth to basically manipulate it. However, you can elaborate a bit more on it.

Perfect, thanks. Here's a link to this technique via the wiki. ---->

So this technique requires you to fill your opponent's area with Magnet chakra. This also serves to break up the ground behind your opponent and allows you to utilize numerous sections of rock to attack the opponent. According to the wiki, the rocks can be shaped at the user's discretion, so I'm thinking I could transform the rocks into spears and anything else cosmetically. Also, would you say this technique synergizes with the last? The previous technique turns your opponent into a living magnet. If say you use this technique right after, could you attract your opponent to this magnetically charged spot on the ground, keeping them from and/or making it harder to move while the manipulated rocks attack them?

Also, the technique's name suggests it's infinite. Can we say that as long as the opponent is in the radius of the magnetic field, they will constantly be attacked with numerous sections of rock? Unless of course, they are magnetized, to which then the magnetized rock sections will continue to follow them and attack until they counteract the magnetism?

Either way, I'll perform the technique. Just a few thoughts on how to implement these in battles.

Lee begins by spreading his chakra into the ground behind the training dummy. The spot becomes magnetically charged as sections of rock begin to rise from behind the dummy and up into the air where they rain down upon the practice dummy until it's completely buried beneath the rubble.

Remember that a lot of things are also adjusted for the RP from the Wiki, so it might not be the same (in terms of shaping rocks etc, but could make a good custom technique *wink*). I'll go with no, for now on that question. Though, I'll find out for you. Its a once off usage, unless specified specifically. Good job though.

(Jiton: Denji Genma) - Magnet Release: Demonic Illusions
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: Stops opponent from moving by messing with their minds electromagnetic fields.

Note: Can only be used by Toroi and custom Basic Magnetism bios.

A problematic technique because it doesn't have a lot of limitations, but can easily be OP. However, try and use it within what seems suitable. The technique merely causes the opponent to stop moving, that's it. The method, using Magnetic chakra to mess with the electromagnetic fields in their heads.

Alright, thats true.

Well this technique is simple in its application. Just as you said, it stops the opponent from moving by disrupting the electromagnetism in the brain with the user magnet chakra. Very subtle application and since there are no visual cues, then it can become a truly fearsome technique. I would have to say its my favorite so far among the canon magnet techniques.

Lee begins by focusing his magnet chakra on a nearby rabbit who just happened to be crossing paths with the Sensei and student. The rabbit falls frozen in place as it is no longer able to think or move. Lee closes in on the rabbit picking it up by the ears and examining the effects it has on the rabbit who can do nothing but surrender to its fate.

It's pretty wild, yeah.

(Jiton: Jishaku Shuriken no Jutsu) - Magnet Release: Magnet Shuriken Technique
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: After magnetizing shuriken, The user throws them at the opponent. Anything that is hit by the shuriken is magnetized, as such it is important that the opponent dodges all of them as even deflecting them will cause their bodies to produce a powerful magnetic field, making them an easier target. Each time the magnetism is transferred it weakens. Then when the user will throw a larger square shuriken that is magnetized at their target with then can hone in on them and even follow them if they move.

Note: Can only be used by Toroi and custom Basic Magnetism bios.

Alright, now this one is done after magnetizing a shuriken. This is launched at the opponent, and anything the shuriken hits is magnetized. This basically puts the whole magnetism to a small scale, and makes it launch-able in a sense.

This technique is a pretty basic application of the magnet release. It is also reliant on shuriken hitting the opponent, so it would obviously would be best to have already magnetized the opponent, most likely through prior application of the first technique we trained on which turns the opponent into a magnet. That way this technique continues to home in on the opponent even if they use a wind jutsu to blast them away. It also can do a great job of magnetizing the environment that way you can actually cause solid objects that normally don't have a magnetic charge to become attracted to other magnetized objects.

Lee begins by taking shuriken from his holster and applying his magnetic chakra to them. After doing so, he throws them at the nearby target dummy striking it perfectly and applying a large magnetic field to it. He would throw a few more shuriken without chakra to ensure that it had been applied making sure to scatter them as he threw them allowing the shuriken to home in from multiple angles. Lee notes how the shuriken are propelled much faster by the attractive forces between the two objects. Lee would soon produce a much larger shuriken from a scroll throwing it at the dummy, as then he watched the shuriken slice the dummy in half thanks to the magnetic field.
