Cool, we'll continue the analysis route. I'll shortly elaborate on the technique, then you can perform, and add any other things you picked up about the technique, or what not.
(Jishaku Ninpou: Denji Genmu) - Magnetic Ninja Art: Electric Phantasms

Description: Turns your opponent into a living magnet.
Okay, a simple technique where you manipulate your Magnetic chakra and basically shift it so that the opponent starts attracting metals or anything that has an opposite polarity to it. This basically allows you to throw objects, like kunai, and they'll hone in on the opponent.
Sorry for the VERY LATE reply. Both, I believe. Magnetism is a lot about using the environment to your advantage against the opponent. So knowing before hand that there are some metals present could allow you to use that your advantage. Nonetheless, good job. Here is a good example of using the environment.

So its pretty simple, you will magnetize the earth to basically manipulate it. However, you can elaborate a bit more on it.
Remember that a lot of things are also adjusted for the RP from the Wiki, so it might not be the same (in terms of shaping rocks etc, but could make a good custom technique *wink*). I'll go with no, for now on that question. Though, I'll find out for you. Its a once off usage, unless specified specifically. Good job though.

A problematic technique because it doesn't have a lot of limitations, but can easily be OP. However, try and use it within what seems suitable. The technique merely causes the opponent to stop moving, that's it. The method, using Magnetic chakra to mess with the electromagnetic fields in their heads.
It's pretty wild, yeah.
(Jiton: Jishaku Shuriken no Jutsu) - Magnet Release: Magnet Shuriken Technique

Description: After magnetizing shuriken, The user throws them at the opponent. Anything that is hit by the shuriken is magnetized, as such it is important that the opponent dodges all of them as even deflecting them will cause their bodies to produce a powerful magnetic field, making them an easier target. Each time the magnetism is transferred it weakens. Then when the user will throw a larger square shuriken that is magnetized at their target with then can hone in on them and even follow them if they move.
Note: Can only be used by Toroi and custom Basic Magnetism bios.
Alright, now this one is done after magnetizing a shuriken. This is launched at the opponent, and anything the shuriken hits is magnetized. This basically puts the whole magnetism to a small scale, and makes it launch-able in a sense.
