[Question] Magic Escape?

I'm kinda confused with the latest chapter regarding Jewelry Bonney. The last time i saw her she was at the hands of Admiral Akainu due to being left behind by Black Beard. Now on the recent one piece chapter we saw her once again yet not with Akainu but rather on a different place stealing food. Does this strengthen the theories around the base about the ties of Akainu and Bonney? Or did I just missed a chapter wherein Bonney escaped from the Admiral after their conversation.
