Aokiji. He could freeze Magellan and when it is frozen, poison becomes totally useless. Magellan on the other hand, seems to attack slowly and rely way too much on his ability to absorb blows.

The only reason Magellen was almost unbeatable is because nobody had any proper long-range attacks to take him on and getting close would only get you killed due to the poison, anyone with a strong long-ranged ability would be able to defeat him.

So Aokiji wins this one easily.
