Made up bio?

Guys i was planning on making me a bio real soon,, ik u can make a bio about other animes, but i was wondering, i kinda have a old book i made with my own anime charcter called "phoenix" and was wondering, can i make my bio about phoenix "my charcter in my book" or no? but i can put some extra stuff in it, to make him seem like a naruto charcter
