Madara's Susanoo

There is nothing stating that Madara had Susano'o just because he had EMS.

Actually, the evidence shows that EMS gives very different abilities. Sasuke and Itachi were either so closely related that this wasn't the case, or Itachi transferred his particular powers to Sasuke.

Itachi and Sasuke have Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu, and Susano'o.

Kakashi has Kamui.

Shisui has Koto Amatsukami.

Madara likely has that space-time technique, but it's not confirmed. I don't care what you guys say, that has to be a Mangekyo technique. Where else do you think it comes from, his stomach?

I'd say that Madara is still a little more corrupt than Sasuke, so his would be really dark black if he were to have one.

no he said its rare for sassano to be awakened, that means rare for both tuki and the black flames to be both awakened to get sassano.

You may be right sines except for Madara no other Uchiha has a dimension jutsu like Madara, Itachi never transported in and out like Madara and Sasuke so far has not shown that He can do it. So its quiet possible that some Uchiha jutsus belong to different branches in the Uchiha blood line, but we may never know sines they're only 2 Uchiha's left alive now.

Why would Madara need susano'o?

Susano'o is to protect you, its a great defence.

The best defence is to not be there, and that's what madara already does.
