I think, Susanoo could be used onlr when Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi is mastered, and Madara can't use both of them.

Wow dude. That is not Fullmetal. It's when Madara is explaining his EMS. Itachi's shows when he's trying to take sasukes eyes. And for the record. It is never stated that Madara can't use Susano'o. For all we know he could but can't be ****ed as he is more of a strategist.

Susanoo can be used by people who have awakened mangekyo in both their eyes

Madara stated that Susanoo can't be used by anyone who had MS, it's only known user (after Itachi's death) it's Sasuke, Madara needs Sasuke, Madara can't use Susanoo.

yeah that sounds plausible!! But, it could be a power other than susanoo when you gain the EMS but when they showed that pic the first time, i thought that those two pairs of sharingan eyes, we have there, means the EMS
