well for one rennigan isnt a sasunoo tech its a MS sharingan tech, and it was split in twi becuase his brothers got combined with his when he absorbed his eyes

How can you say who used it better when Madara hasn't even really used all of its techniques? He's been toying with the Five Kages this whole entire time... something Nagato probably wouldn't be able to do. He'd take them more seriously...

So, until we see more of Madara's usage of the Rinnegan, there's no way we can say who uses it better.

Susanoo is an MS tech. But like all stages of the Sharingan, you can use all the abilities up to that version. Since Rinnegan is the final version, he can use every Sharingan technique without needing to switch. Nagato's Rinnegan was transplated as the Rinnegan, so he can't go backwards to the other versions.

Madara had MS and the EMS. Susanno is an MS technique and according to Madara Rinnigan is the next step after EMS. And Nagato/Pain apparently had the Rinnigan given to him by Tobi do he never had MS do therefore no Susanno.

This would be the question, Did he know his eyes was given to him?(According to Tobi and somewhat Edo Madara) Since he never thought the Sharingan evolve into the Rinnegan, he never bother to learn Uchiha Tech.

As the person at top said is true that Nagato's Rinnegan was given and its a fact but I think Nagato had more chakra been an Uzumaki. Well the only thing I said if Madara has the preta path(not sure if is that one with the shinra tensei techs) becuase I think he haven't showed yet then he pretty much invisible having Ems too.

when the ms techs are used one must evolve the sharingan to ms first, then the same tech is used even with rinnengan not in the ms mode point to be noted, now then if rinnengan is a higher form of ms then nagato the master of rinnengan should be able to use it as well. i mean its like he jumped two classes so what who cares. even if his eyes are given he should have the abilities
