Also, i would say that having both eyes is only double the power. Since there are two eyes to cast two limbo's of course, it makes little difference.

Anyway, both eyes means you get twice the power from each eye, so each eye can produce two limbo's in they are together, or one apart.

I'm going to agree with this, just like with kamui. One eye can produce one limbo each, when you have two eyes you can use two, but like with kamui the true power of both eyes shows itself when they're together, so in essence his power doubled. Just like how kamui each has one special ability & when you have them both you can use both abilities but then you get 2x speed which is "double" the power.
