Madara with one Rinnegan could only produce one Limbo. When he obtained his other eye, he was able to produce four Limbos.

Yes it seem like that, but it hard to gauge of how much of it, but also it can be said his power still the same, but because both set of eyes is together, it will show the true power of the eyes.

I think just the abilities and potency of the eyes is enhanced but JJ Madara power is still remain the same because his chakra is Juubi chakra, and juubi chakra is already massive

I think one rinnegan Madara = 2 limbo ( One limbo for observationand one is for attacking.)
two rinnnegan Madara =4 limbo ( 2 for observation and remaining for attacking purpose.)
