Yes Madara's PS is larger than Sasuke's, remember however that Sasuke at the time was 17 and had just unlocked PS and used it for 2-3 days where as Madara has been using it for a lifetime.

I think with experience Sasuke's Susanoo will . o O grow in size maybe epilogue Sasuke's PS is already Madara's size who knows.

Does anyone remember that Jubi first form and Kurama Avatar and Hachibi scaling? On one page when the Juubi takes a swipe, it's not much bigger than both of them, but when Hacibi is teleported, it's about the size of its eye.
