The pattern on his head is a seal to prevent him from awakening RinneSharingan, it was never another dojutsu like the filler episode suggests. He can make chakra constructs but NOT Susanoo.

Susanoo is a Sharingan ability NOT a Rinnegan technique. Indra's chakra is half of Hagoromo's but his dojutsu is half of Kaguya's. Rinnegan and Sharingan are two separate dojutsu that come from RinneSharingan.

The author made it clear that Rinnegan abilities don't have Sharingan techniques unless it's a tomoe Rinnegan or Kaguya's eye.

Perfect sussano is the same size as a bijuu taller if the bijuu is on all fours hagoroms perfect sussano is bigger because he is the sage and his was probably amped with sage mode regardless madaras and sasukes and indras id imagine are all the same size

Sussano is dependent on the users chakara rikudou sasuke outclasses edo madara in chakara level many times over dont even get me started on adult sasuke regardless edo madara and ems madara are the only versions of him we saw with perfect sussano and rinnegan sasuke has a much higher chakara potency and level than both these versions of madara by that logic his sussano should be drastically bigger and drastically stronger than the sussano madara displayed againt the kages however i feel all perfect sussano regardless of chakara level are all the same size the sussanos size and power is mostly dependent on the version being used and the users abilites
